Great store has loads of stuff that b&q don’t have
Giving 5* purely because of James who helped us so much even when we visited with 10 minutes to go before closing time. He is an asset to this store, so helpful, kind, funny and can-do attitude, for this reason are now buying our complete kitchen at Selco instead of B&Q. He should be rewarded.
Excellent, always get what i need
Plenty of choice, helpful staff, more suited to trades people. They had what I was looking for and I was able to check sizes etc.
Reasonable pricing, good selection and an indoor upstairs cafe for a great early morning topup
General range of building materials that has good stock levels. Found staff to be helpful and store is well laid out. Also has a cafe which is good value.

Today a young man at the hemel store helped me cut various bits of mdf. He lifted he listened he was patient and really did his best and 2 other staff members helped me looked for mdf and even got me a trolley to top thing's of the lady on the till was happy and friendly. Hope my project works so i
