I've been to a lot of desert places, however Creams of Hemel Hempstead takes the top spot in my list.
Amazing staff, great service and of course, really good deserts!
Definitely recommend the waffle/crepe (they're strictly made to order, so really fresh) and the sundaes. A really great treat for anyone who has a sweet tooth!

Being a new shop, I'm really pleased with the service we received as a family, and I will definitely be coming back and spreading good word about the lovely choices this place offers. Took 21 guides last night for Christmas treat and had a fab time. I took all the girls orders by name to make it easier for the staff, all ordered came out correct and delicious, staff couldn't of been more accommodating especially for a large party. Would definitely recommend to all

Fantastic service. I went with my 3 children and, as one of them is allergic to eggs, we asked the staff which ice-creams were egg-free so that he could have some as he couldn't have waffles or crepes because of the egg content. The staff were very helpful, especially Mira (I hope that's how her first-name is spelt...). She offered to prepare an egg-free mixture so that my son could have a waffle. She told us that normally, if we ring the day before to request an egg-free waffle or crepe, they'll have it ready for the next day. Anyway, on this occasion, they prepared it for us on the spot and my son was able to enjoy an egg-free waffle. It looked great and my son found it amazingly good. Thank you!

I have been to few Creams in London but this is the most organised, ultra clean and best dessert place I have been. Highly recommended!!! �������

I really enjoyed my time there, the food was really tasty. I particularly enjoyed the Oreo waffle. The staff were really friendly and willing to offer their recommendations too, which helped as there was a great variety of desserts to choose from!

First time at Cream's and we all loved it. Great ice creams, great service. Krishna the manager was lovely and helpful too. My daughters quote sums it all... "I'm in heaven, but I'm not dead" (Chloe aged 9). Thank you and see you again soon! :)
Let me tell you, when I arrived at Creams I had been thinking about a slushy for a full 45 minutes and the lovely lady who made our slushies this afternoon is an absolute Kingpin of customer experience. She knew we wanted those slushies, and she made the BEST slushies ever. Perfect consistency, tonnes of flavour 👌 and an absolutely charming attitude from the server- thanks for making my day!
Cookie Dough and Hot Chocolate were delicious. I work in the Hemel area (for now anyways) so will make sure it’s a weekly trip to Creams. Staff are friendly and the desserts are always top notch amazing x
I went to get a take away. I ordered waffle royale. Customer service was 10/10. The lady at the till was so lovely. When I tried the waffle at first I totally loved it till I ate like half of it and it started getting sickening. It was way too sweet and overloaded with chocolate. Probably wouldn’t get it again. Because if I didn’t have any water beside me there’s no way I could have finished it. Overall would definitely go back but to get something less sweet. The price was £7.95. Not forgetting for that price vanilla ice cream and Ferrero Rocher ice cream was included. I must say the price has definitely gone up because I remember I used to pay around £5.95 for waffles when creams first opened and now it’s increased by £2. You would think £2 is nothing but it adds up for sure. Nevertheless creams is 10/10 highly recommended.

I came with a couple of friends, and we chose an ice cream sundae to share, as they're huge, but quite expensive. The service was fast, especially for table service, and the ice cream was delicious! The staff were helpful and the tables were clean. We came when it wasn't very busy, so that might have had an impact on our experience.
