Caffe Nero - Hemel Hempstead - Photo album

The coffee here is nice, and the staff always friendly and welcoming even on their busiest days. Excellent customer service. However, although I like the cozy feel this place gives, it would be time the management invested in new furniture.
Nero Coffee Shop in Milton Keynes is a true gem! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance that instantly made me feel at home. The rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, enticing my senses. The baristas are not only skilled but also passionate
Amazing staff, very friendly. Good drinks. Probably the best coffee shop in Hemel!
They always have very good coffee and the staff is always very nice and helpful. The only reason I've given 4 stars review is because the location isn't that clean and the furniture inside looks very old ..definitely the coffee shop needs a refurbishment.
They had run out of chocolate 🍫 powder but was very apologetic. Food here is okay but tend be a bit expensive. The public toilet rest room any time been, often smelly and dirty.
Can't rate the food or atmosphere as I always get a coffee to go. Staff are polite and efficient, even when busy.
El Salvador special they have on offer at the moment is gorgeous.
Stuffs are nice and helpful. Cosy and comfortable to spend a hour there, just to relax and a coffee.
Five star for five star service delivered by the guys at this store. I always get a friendly and polite service when I go to get my coffee fix. Stand out for me is David, who just reminded me of the good old days when customer service was a thing. Always says hello, asks how my day is going. Top blo
Got a very nice Brazilian Coffee in here very strong. Service good too young chap serving with a smile 😃
Nice big place to grab a coffee with lots of seating inside and out. Staff are helpful and their cakes are lovely. We come here everytime we're in Hemel Hempstead and love it.
Good coffee, friendly staff, only downfall: the tables doesn't seem to be cleared often outside, which is a real shame when you know the time it takes. Another thing regarding the Hemel caffè, the tables on the terrace are too much exposed by the wind. Some kind of separation shields, windproof ? Ta
