The meal deal was excellent value, the food and service was great and the manager (I think) advised on the menu and organized vegan food for me.
Very impressed and would recommend.
Can't beat the place, excellent food every time, such lovely polite staff, just music is too loud, background music is enough, still our favourite place, 10/10

Scrummy food with flavour and super awesome service . . . Even with air conditioning on making the room somewhat chilly. However for a Wednesday evening the restaurant was nearly full which says a lot about the food there �
I proposed to my wife in here 7 years ago and to this day we love coming here. Staff are great, food is lovely and they never try to rush you. Just a perfect place.

This was my first time trying Indian food and it was truly unique. They were very professional and hospitable and all the staff went out of their way to give us the best experience.

The best Indian meal in the area, banquet night consisting of 5 items, starter, main, side, rice and a naan. Exactly how it should be, hate the restaurants that have coffee listed as a course!!! Food is always hot, delivered in good time to the table and the flavours are great. Customer service and attention from the staff has been excellent whenever I have been. Highly recommended.

The Spicy food give me fantastic feeling. It was very great foods. Specially as starter, Lamb meat was really nice. As just 13 pound, it was super sufficient quantity(five menu). It is my first time not to eat all foods because of only much quantity of foods!!! Kind staffs, good india music and atmosphere.
Food and service is always 2nd to non. Ali goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. And so importantly, children are made to feel welcome, not the case at other Indian restaurants we've been too. This will always be out favourite place to eat

Really great curry and good service. Got a complimentary drink afterwards, which is a nice touch. Reminds me of cannon tandoori which is my favourite curry place.
A busy attractive Indian restaurant located in the picturesque old town of Hemel Hempstead familiar to many for location scenes in ‘After Life’ and ‘Pie in the sky’ The food was excellent and we were looked after by a charming young girl who coped remarkably well taking into account how busy the restaurant was.
Always great food! We usually get a home delivery but this time the family met up for a Birthday meal out.

Always look forward to going here for dinner with the £15.95 banquet. All the staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make your experience an enjoyable one. Food presented nicely and everything is clean. We have been to many other Indian places in Hemel and so far haven't found a place that beats Saffron yet.
14 of us in our group yesterday, superb meal, we had a few dishes and they were all excellent, great friendly service and a warm welcome. They have very nice desserts too, lemoncello and the Ferrero Roche desserts were really nice. Really enjoyed the unrushed atmosphere. Thankyou to all at Saffron
