Came here especially for the Eggs Benedict/Royal for Sunday Brunch... & was not disappointed... compliments to the chef !! As for the premises... lovely rustic decor... a very pleasant place to sit down & eat in... very relaxing... also the staff were very nice.... plus free parking.
Stopped in for breakfast on a drive up the M1. Friendly, quick service and tasty food. All good. Convenient from the motorway if you're looking for an alternative to a service area.
Went to Bentley's last night for their steak night, the service was spot on and made to feel very welcome, the atmosphere was cosy, so very nice for a meal for two, or even a small group. The menu is small but enough on there for all, even vegetarian. The steak is cooked to order and really tend
Slightly overpriced (as all cafes are, but a good place to stop for a coffee, cake or breakfast. We had a croissant which looked great, but wasn't that delicious. Saw a couple order breakfast and it looked delicious. Toilet facilities at this place, despite the size.
Been into Bentleys on numerous occasions for breakfast and have always left full and happy. On our first visit I'd had the full full English breakfast and had a job finishing it.! Absolutely delicious.Staff are all very helpful and always serve you with a smile on their face. Spotlessly clean and th
The volume of produce for sale has dropped in recent years as it's changed from a delicatessen to a bistro. There are still preserves, wines, beers, meats and cheeses available. This has provided more seating for this popular shop. The interior design is pleasing, quirky, and a has a quality, homel
Excellent service, food quality and atmosphere! This is a good place to drop in for a coffee, but also a good place to have a meal and a glass of wine. Very nice... one to remember.
An ideal coffee and lunch spot following a hearty dog walk on Bunkers Lane. This charming faux-colonial cafe and deli is surprisingly upscale. Staff are charming, the food is simple but excellent and they have an awesome range of specialist ice-creams: try the rhubarb and sea salt caramel if they ha
Though fairly high in price, the food's quality is 5 times worth it. Locally sourced, and the freshness can be tasted. Great place for a family lunch.
One of my fav spots to have brunch - from St Albans and worth the 15 min drive on a regular basis! Lovely atmosphere , good service and great food!
One of the best steaks I have eaten and I have eaten a lot. They could double their price and you would still be happy. A jewel in Hemel Hempstead.
Gorgeous place to eat, the food is incredible and the decor and atmosphere charming a real little gem.
Fabulous Sunday breakfast here. Relaxing atmosphere and comfortable surroundings. Could have stayed all day!
First time for breakfast here & the food was well presented in a timely fashion & full of flavour.
Very pleasant. Air conditioning was a godsend on such a hot day . Ice cold drinks just the job
