This a lovely place to go to for chat and cuppa with cakes or light meal. Staff are welcoming abs friendly. We often pop in when we're in Hemel Town Centre. It's a charity run tea room with food and drinks served promptly and the money raised helps people in need. What more is there to say.
Truth be told, had a wonderful lemon scone here at Liberty Tea Rooms. Quirky setting, with rather cramped seating inside, we had to sit outside.
