Came here for dinner tonight as we often do and I thought I'd try something different. Unfortunately it wasn't to my taste (no fault of theirs) but I asked for another dish to take home instead. They couldn't have been more accommodating and got a fresh dish as quick as possible. Such lovely staff and lovely food - just not all to my taste but you never know if you don't try!

myself and my mum came in for dinner this afternoon. and i cannot wait to come again. the service was impeccable! i believe their names were Az and saheem, lovely people and we’re attentive. even walk us out and held the door open. the food was like nothing i’ve had before, so fresh and tasty. presentation was gorgeous. the interior of the restaurant is so lovely, everything looks clean and immaculate, lighting and table settings are perfect. prosecco was lovely and chilled. and i can’t stress enough how amazing the food was! and all very well priced. thank you!

Popped in for a collection on Valentine's Day. Great, prompt service with a smile. 2 x Mains 2 x Rice 2 x Naans, and Poppadoms with dips. It was lovely and fresh, hot and very tasty!! I will definitely return and recommend for sure!!
Normally our favourite Indian in Hemel. Unfortunately the last couple of times the portion sizes have been half of what they used to be - especially the vegetable sides. Not sure why they’re being so stingy now!
Hope it goes back to normal otherwise we’ll have to find a new takeaway.
Enjoyed every aspect of our visit. The food was fresh and delicious and the guys altered one of the dishes to our request. The service was friendly and prompt. Nice subdued atmosphere good for couples and groups. They moved the tables around to accommodate us. Must try the lamb chops, meaty moist and full of flavour. Plenty of parking outside. Give it a try, you certainly won't be disappointed.
Had a delivery this evening, could not find any faults whatsoever. Mr had a chicken passanda and I had a pathia, incredibly tasty. We also had two onion bhajis free. Definitely be ordering again. 5 stars 🌟
Such a lovely restaurant food is amazing have eaten in the restaurant before and this time I have ordered online ,had a slight mix up with my order and they helped me resolve the issue instantly lovely staff , defiantly a place to go to
6 of us on a girls night out and had heard good things about the Sahara. Midweek and just a few in there. Friendly greeting we had booked and our table was set and waiting. We all went for the banquet and there was not one dish we didn't like. We finished on coffees and complimentary drinks. The service from Saleem ?? and the owner was friendly and helpful. A really good night...Thanks !!
Food was delicious. I ordered tandoori chicken, plain rice, chicken jalfezi curry and naan bread. The curry was absolutely amazing and the spiciness was spot on. The mint sauce complimented the tandoori chicken very well. The price of it all was decent on justeat around the £20 mark. I will be ordering again
We booked online which was very easy and quick. The staff were very friendly and attentive, they didn't hover and let us take our time and enjoy our meal, whilst still being mindful of tending to our needs. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were very generous. I cannot fault the food or the staff, a definite recommendation.

attended a Charity Fund Raising event. The Restaurant is very pleasing to the eye. Staff very welcoming. The food was piping hot and absolutely delish.
Hands down the best Indian food I've had for a very long time. The food was delicious, great quality and excellent portion sizes! Ordered a delivery, food came really fast in half the predicted time. We're very happy customers and will definitely buy from here again, and would recommend Sahara to others without hesitation.
Not been there in a few years as we moved away from the area but went this week with my partner and we had the best indian cuisine we have had in ages. Service and the quality of the meal were excellent value for money and we'll certainly be going out of our way again sooner than expected to pay them another visit.

I ordered via Uber eats as had a discount code sent to me.
I picked Sahara as they were the closest Indian to me so the delivery time was slightly shorter than others.
I ordered a mixture of dishes from poppadoms, starters, mains, sides and dessert as well a drinks.
My order arrived quicker than expected. The delivery driver adhered to the social distancing rules but was still very cheery and wished me a good evening and that he hoped I’d enjoy my food, which was very nice particularly in the current situation and something many other take away delivery drivers don’t do.
All the food was piping hot and the whole order was correct as often when I’ve ordered elsewhere there have been items missing or incorrect which is very inconvenient.
The food was absolutely brilliant, so tasty. It looked nice, it was well cooked and made from good quality ingredients. Everything’s was spot on.
The best indian I’ve had in a long time, the food, the service and the price as I would quite happily of paid full price if I didn’t have the voucher as it was well it.
Can’t wait to order from you again 😊 xxx
