The Cocoa Tree - Helmsley - Photo album

Hubby and I popped in for a cuppa after doing a couple of local deliveries for our gallery. I chose the spiced tea cake which was perfectly toasted and my pot of tea gave me two full cups which was perfect! A good amount of milk too - always welcome :) Hubby had a large americano which came with a
Great stop in this lovely little café in Helmsley. Our visit was on a Sunday in April 24. Food was beautifully presented and reasonably priced.
Popped in for a quick drink but we ended up having the special. Jacket potato and Coronation chicken. And the Burger with Cheese. Absolutely fabulous. The food is second to none. And the burger is probably one of the best I’ve had in years. Mark was fantastic as front of house making yo feel very we
Little gem of a cafe. I had a salmon and cream Cheese sandwich her indoors had sliced fresh tomatoes with melted Cheese on toast. Absolutely gorgeous with fast friendly service Coffee is really good too and great value for money.
2nd visit to this lovely little cafe and it was a great visit again. Its only small with 7 or 8 tables but there is lots of space inside, especially for us who have a deerhound. Its a friendly atmosphere and the husband and wife (sorry if you aren't married) are very welcoming. Good classic menu tha
Smashing place. Crammed in but that added to atmosphere. Scones were other worldly. The owner was rushed off his feet serving but the regulars weren't bothered, and neither were we on a wet afternoon. The place was a snug haven of delights.
Friendly staff and generous portion of food and drink. We ordered a Ham and Cheese Toasties (£5.80) to share and a hot chocolate (£2.80) each and they were all delightful. We both enjoyed the cosiness of the place too. Highly recommended.
We visited yesterday, what a gem! It’s a small busy cafe with lovely decor and ambiance, service is by the owner I’m sure who serves all the tables seemingly single-handedly, we enjoyed great sandwiches with salad and tea, we’ll be visiting again to try the quiche and the burger!! Recommend 👍
Lovely cafe amongst many others on the same street. However we searched for dog friendly cafes and the Cocoa Tree came up tops. A very pleasant lunch of burgers and baked potato with cheese and bacon. The dogs were very welcome in the cafe and were a talking point. Couldn't resist having some desert
We went here specifically for a valentines treat after seeing previous reviews, was absolutely not disappointed, gorgeous food, Julie and Mike were very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be back
