Costa Coffee - Helensburgh - Photo album

The coffee is always consistently good. Today though, nobody challenged a man in the queue who was not actually wearing any kind of shirt! It is unacceptable to enter a coffee shop with no shirt.
I like this coffee shop, it's warm and friendly. However it was a bit difficult to find a seat as there were coffee cups and cakes on tables that hadn't been cleaned so it was difficult to see if a person had vacated the seats, but finally found one and had a nice relaxing coffee.
GREAT HIDEOUT FROM RAIN! We nipped in here to escape the West of Scotland's version of monsoon conditions, without any trace of warmth in the rain/wind. Friendly, efficient service. Everything clean and well kept. Felt safe visiting re covid-19 adaptations.
Usual Costa fare, no complaints here, staff are busy, so service appears to be disengaged from the customers, and tables aren't promptly cleaned. I just find generally the interiors of most costa outlets look tired and dirty, especially those that have been open for a long time. That said at least

Just visited with my 5 year old son. The staff were very friendly and great with kids. Made him feel important. Clean and efficient service.
Pleasant and quick service. Food tasty and hot. Entrance carpet could do with a hoover

A great little coffee shop in the heart of Helensburgh on the high street in parallel with the main promenade A very welcome lunch at a special price just under a fiver.
Great staff friendly welcome and every coffee made to way you like it
