When the food is good it's great, when it's not it's just good but it is always nice. My biggest issue is that it costs more to order online and they have no card machine and they charge extra for bank transfer payment.

Tonight I received the best take away I have had in a long while from Chans. I made an order on the phone for delivery, staff member was very polite, the delivery was quick and the driver was lovely, the food was spot on and came piping hot, the sweet and sour sauce was still bubbling when it arrive

Under the current circumstances (covid-19 pandemic) I loved the food from here!!! Salt and pepper chicken is a must, the wings were a little over done, but still tasted great, thank you for your excellent service 👍

Now the original owners are back in charge the food is superb again. The best Chinese takeaway I've ever used. Good selection of more unusual dishes as well the usual that most sell. Huge portions too. Also really quick service.
Slightly disappointed that when its busy you wait to get served, they come but the phone rings and instead of asking the caller to wait they take the order so you're waiting longer! Im not impatient but this annoys me, everyone deserves the same service don't they? Food great though
Just had takeaway tonight from Chan's. The food was delicious and tasty I couldn't fault it the staff on the phone was polite and the delivery driver was very friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
