As you enter the shop you are politely greeted with the radiant bright pink-like lighting, creating a feeling of great tranquility and peace. Ordering was quick and smooth, with orders arriving within 5 minutes, this included a smash burger, milkshake and cream curls. Staff were extremely amicable and kind, all three products were provided in generous portions. The hand crafted spicy smash burger was on point. With the succulent mince tasting absolutely delicious. The burger being well proportioned with salad, burger sauce, cheese and spicy sauce. I’ve tasted every burger in Newcastle and this hits different, the best I’ve tasted!
A terry’s chocolate orange-kinder bueno combo milkshake hits the spot after a heavenly main course. The shake was the right consistency not too much milk and not too thick. Plus, the plastic cup was filled to the top, resulting in a great portion size.
To finish off was the signature desert, Jaffa cake cream rolls topped with chocolate and irn bru desert sauces.
Overall, the experience was fantastic, you won’t find a place in Newcastle with burgers and deserts this good! Special thanks to the amazing staff, especially etsham and the owners. Thank you will defo come again next time!

My son had birthday party here today with his full football team invited and all I have to say is wow!! What a time they have had, the effort made by staff the deco (balloons, banners, mini cakes on tables. Party poppers) the food and drinks were absolutely outstanding!
Nothing was a problem for the staff and they seemed to take it in their stride having 12, 11 year boys all being hyper and full of sugar!
In the words of my son “it’s literally the best party he has ever had).
Will definitely recommend to anyone and also one last thing the amount of food drinks effort made it’s VERY good value for money!

Delivery fast and friendly. Cookie dough delicious and liked that you can choose each topping. Mango slushy cooler had melted a bit too much so wasn’t really slushy but still tasted nice :)
Had the smash burger and was absolutely fantastic. Freshly made and was incredible value for money. Exceptionally friendly service cannot recommend enough!

The waffles were so so, but the burger was delicious, got it with the 10th sept offer but well worth the £8 tag. Really big bun and tasty sauce, 10/10
Loved it! The doughnuts with the fresh strawberries were amazing. Also had the loaded steak fries and these were delicious. Staff were lovely and service was quick. Has a seating area outdoor at the front :)
