Always had brilliant service despite staff battling against constantly broken dishwasher and blenders. Service is currently take away cups only, but this is clearly stated on the door. Staff in this branch have always been more than helpful and i have been coming here 4/5 times a week since it opened
Not very happy with the service and coffee last few visits but thinking to give it a try again today. What a massive improvement, friendly staffs, great coffee and I love the golden caramel range! Fell in love with their golden caramel coffee frostino!!! Will definitely come back more often now.
Staff are polite and make lovely beverages, caramel lattes are my favourite. The cafe has a calm, friendly atmosphere and also has a nice selection of cakes, wraps, sandwiches and toasties to accompany your drink.
Best coffee there is. This cafe is right next to bus stop so tends to fill with teenagers falling off the school bus and screaming, but the staff were brilliant and were well aware how they can disturb customers so kept them under control..
Good friendly service. Good choice of food & drinks....thoroughly enjoyed mine. Public areas were clean & tidy. Will visit again.
Helpful staff, nice to have somewhere opening a Sunday for a mid day snack.
I enjoyed a coconut latte on a business meeting where we could chat without raised voices, which was perfect. Lovely clean environment and courteous staff.
Clean place with lovely staff and plenty of room to sit inside. Some tables and chairs outside to watch the world go by.
Limited choice due to Covid but still an enjoyable experience with our family. Well done to the young lady behind the counter who was on her own.
Large store here, seems to be understaffed. Tables need a thorough clean as are clear but sticky. Coffee is good though.
Took a while to get our coffees but was pleasantly uncrowded at the tables.
A great, friendly team and more spacious and comfortable than many Costas. Coffee always reliable and high quality.
