Assembly Bar + Kitchen - Headingley - Photo album

Nice cafe with a good selection of foods on offer, great place to meet friends and colleagues for a catch up or work get together. Lots of interesting items for sale made my local artists which is always a bonus to add in that something special.
Such a hidden gem in Headingley. I highly rate this cafe as a workspace the atmosphere is perfect and the staff were an absolute joy. The coffee was great and the food hit the a spot. Will definitely be back!!!
This place is integral for the lovely community centre it is hosted in. The staff is always excellent. The food is good and their cakes are always excellent. It feels cozy and it feels wonderful whether you want to sit there with a book and enjoy a coffee or go for breakfast or lunch. It also hosts
A wonderful, friendly welcome as a first time visitor! Beautiful menu which catered for my dietary needs, and such a wonderful flexible and adaptable children's menu too. I rarely get us both so well fed anywhere. Toddler wished they had vegan/dairy free chocolate cake but I was fine without also. W
Very nice cafe with great vegan options at a good price. Lovely atmopshere which gives a good sense of local community! Also loads to do/attend in the building throughout the week.
A pleasant atmosphere on a fairly busy lunchtime. Fresh tangy soup, toastie with plenty of cheese and sharp pickle side, good coffee and mocha. Friendly service and decent value.
Always great. Cosy, friendly and high quality. When I’ve eaten the food has been excellent but I’ve gone for coffee and cake more often and there’s always a good variety, including gf options and the selection seems to change all the time too!
Lovely place with a friendly and relaxed community vibe. The food was excellent (I had the veggie breakfast) as was the coffee.
This really is Headingleys best kept secret. After visiting the lovely Tiny Boos next door, a well needed breakfast was in order. I cannot recommend the Brunch Burger enough, my friend was a bit concerned over the noises I was making whilst enjoying it. Staff are fab and it's a real cosy, friendly s
Really lovely cafe that I wish I'd known about sooner. Plenty of excellent quality vegan options and very reasonable. Soft drinks were slightly pricey but everything else was very well priced. Will definitely be back
Such a lovely little cafe - great, wholesome food, staff were great and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had the best time possible. Food was very tasty and arrived quickly, will certainly be returning in the near future!
A hidden gem, well worth seeking out. Just called in for a late evening coffee (around 8:30) so I can't comment on the food. Excellent service and coffee with nice background music and a local community vibe.
Lovely community hub! Very nice café - they serve ale and food as well, I think. There seems to be lots going on: community events, concerts, that sort of thing. There's a clothes swap as well :)
Super friendly place with good veggie and vegan options, Covid safe too.
One of my favourite places. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and the food is incredible. Their long opening hours mean that it’s a great place to have a coffee, any meal of the day, a pint or even just to sit somewhere and do work.
I eat here fairly regularly and have always have a good experience in terms of the quality of the food. They have plenty of vegan and gluten-free options too. The "buddy bowls" kids menu is a great concept, as you can pick from a selection of items to make a meal for little ones or choose just one
Friendly cafe. Updated March 2024 decent cafe with good coffee and food. Old school conversion is well done. Arts centre activities and performances feature.
The staff are so kind and accommodating. They do lots of vegan food and do gluten free. Every time I have been there is always at least one gluten free cake and one vegan cake.
Lovely coffees, cakes and cookies and a variety of very tasty mains in a friendly, fun, relaxed atmosphere. Just as good for a chatty catch-up or a casual work meeting as it is for enjoying on your tod with a book or your laptop. Outdoor space is very sweet, away from the hustle and great for kids.
