Went to Red True Barbecue on Wednesday with my family but unfortunately they were left with only Chicken wings, sausages and pork belly. The staff explained it was due to the Eat Out to Help Out. We are able to get a table within 20 mins, the staff were brilliant and so was the service. My family enjoyed the experience of having to dine outside. A bit disappointed that I didn’t get to order ribs 😋😋
Came here for my partners 21st. Unfortunately they were out of some stuff but our dishes made up for it the sweet potato fries were incredible cooked to perfection might I say. The staff were lovely. Will definitely be coming back here again and the pork ribs were perfect. My only own fall is the chicken hardly had any meat on it but hey ho the rest was amazing. Thank you
I liked the food and the staff were decent. I had 2 mains and my wife had one. I had the doughnut burger on the recommendation of 3 work colleagues, it was OK as a novelty but the tastes didn't really work for me, but I must be the odd one out, if 3 of them enjoyed it. The pitmaster tray was my back up main and that seems much more in keeping with the Reds vibe of good BBQ food. The brisket and ribs were excellent. The wife had the baked sweet potato with a pulled pork filling instead of BBQ Jackfruit she insists it was an enjoyable meal. So all in all, the food was decent and yes I'm a greedy person!
Cracking meal out with the boys, made a stop by there whilst doing the run. Food was great, came out quickly, the staff were nice and the beer wasn't half bad either. A great stop and very well priced for top quality food. Would prefer a slightly larger portion but still good nonetheless.
I absolutely loved this place. Decorations such as neon lights makes the place feel urban, and everything inside makes you feel like these people know their meats.
Behind each meal on the menu their's small note indicating the smoke time of the meat, and the've got BBQ sauces inspired by different American cities. If you like meat, and BBQ's you should definitly visit this place. For myself, i felt right at home.
This place makes the burgers I’ve ever tasted, been here a few times now & the standard is always high. Fast service, I would recommend to any burger lovers. Relaxed atmosphere & nice drinks too.

Love it here! I have been quiet a lot now since moving to the area. The service is always good staff are attentive and happy. The drink options are really good, especially for beers and ales. Food is always tasty, never been disappointed. They have vegan and vegetarian options. Would recommend the pit burger. Overall great restaurant to visit with a nice and friendly atmosphere along with fab food!

Food was absolutely incredible, thoroughly enjoyed the Pit Burger.
Service was amazing, the server even made me some fresh garlic mayo as they didn't have any ready to go.
One downside, music was very loud so we, and the rest of the customers, had to raise our voices to talk and it was quite overwhelming.
Fantastic restaurant. Lovely atmosphere with friendly staff. I've been many times with my family. My for year old boy is Autistic and non verbal, the staff have always been amazingly accommodating.
Just been in with a friend and was served by the wonderful Liv. Really friendly chatty and up for a laugh. Tried the superfood plate from the new menu and it was amazing. Highly recommend it although it was that good I devoured it before even thinking of taking a picture for this review. Sorry! If you are about in the area I highly recommend calling in!
Me and my family came her Saturday night and to be honest, I was quite surprised they had vegan options and was so happy there was. The vegan wings were amazing never had them anywhere else, and the vegan dog was lush too. Were from Sheffield, but said to my partner, I want to come back here, especially for them wings, delicious and staff was lovely. Only thing is complain about was the music was way too loud, but overall loved this place

Food Was niece..A little on the small size is the establishment..Customer service was on point and even left a tip for my waiter as we had a large party of people..
The food is really good, exactly what you'd expect, good tender meats and comfort-food sides. The Mac and cheese balls are divine.
My only gripe is the amount of single-use plastic and other disposables used here. Our starter came with sauce that was served in a plastic tub with lid. There were sauces on the table so it was totally unnecessary. Also still using plastic straws. And the paper they put on the tray your food comes on feels unnecessary and disintegrates which is annoying. They wash the tray anyway, so that's just pointless waste in my book. I get that packaging is necessary for take away, but not when you're eating in.
Overall though, good service, good food and good atmosphere.
