The Cat's Pyjamas - Headingley - Photo album

One of the best and authentic Indian restaurants in Leeds. Having tried various other Indian restaurants, coming back to cats pyjamas is always a treat. The quality of food is really good and authentic. Poppadoms are light and not greasy, with the best pickle tray. Had the paneer and Bombay keema cu
Gorgeous food, generous portions, and lovely attentive service from the staff! Great quality for the price too. I've recommended The Cat's Pyjamas to everyone I know and will definitely be back myself!
Such a great place! Lovely decor and the food is absolutely amazing with lots of twists and lovely touches to the way the food is created. Butter Paneer was so tasty and plain naan bread so so fresh. Would recommend and we will return! My only way to improve would to be to have a children's menu alt
Amazing food with great service and cheap prices for what you get. We got lamb curry and incredible cheese naan. Really polite and friendly staff. Great food!
My third visit since 2018 and each time the food is still spot on. The Dhaba traditional chicken curry is an absolute winner which is what we had this visit. Garlic naan bread bigger than a plate so perfect size to share. Perfectly sized portion of curry and rice and with everythi g all together it
The food here is incredible. We were unsure as to how much food to order between two of us as we wanted to try a few of the street bites and a curry and the waitress was very helpful with her recommendations. Ordered the Kolkata chaat, fish masala and okra fries off the street bites menu and Punjab
I've been here a few times. The food is outstanding, mushroom pakara are amazing crispy and juicy. Punjabi Lamb is lovely with a nice bit of spice to it. The service is spot on, the waiters are polite and attentive. Highly recommend a visit.
Ordered online, had to come leave a review. These flavours are giving mowgli’s/dishoom. Lots of vegan options, so flavourful! Highly recommend.
What an absolute hidden gem!!!! My daughter and I had a feast of aromatic, freshly cooked curry presented simply and beautifully. If you love flavourful fresh food at a great price this place is an absolute MUST!!!!
My beautiful partner Mia and I have been ordering takeaway from Cats Pyjamas for a couple of years now and it’s always been excellent, but last night we thought we’d finally have a sit down meal as we live locally. The waiters were across the board lovely, fast and super attentive. The food came qu
food is absolutely insane and the staff are lovely. can’t stop thinking about the punjabi chole i think it’s permanently engraved in my brain
Delicious Indian food. Love the vegan dishes. So fresh and tasty. Would love to see a wider range of vegan dishes. Staff are always friendly and fantastic at their jobs. Thank you!
Had an absolutrly amazing experience at The Cats Pyjamas in Headingley. I went to the Cats Pyjamas jointly for my girlfriends birthday and our anniversary. I messaged ahead about this and the staff really pulled out every stop to make the evening a special one to remember. They were all lovely and
Decent food but was much better a few years ago! I had the same food as well. My picture shows samosa chaat and chicken seekh kebabs. The kebab was. Ice but chewy...put me off a bit.
A great venue for a last supper before lockdown 2.0 It was tasty but a bit samey. We’ll have to order differently next time! Prices are reasonable, decor is wacky, service was professional yet relaxed and there’s a good selection of palette cleansers on tap 🍻
I've passed this place a ridiculous amount of times and never knew it was an Indian Restaurant. Went here on a staff night out and will definitely be going back again! I had a variety of starters which were all amazing and then had the Punjabi Lamb dish which was divine with a side of pilau rice and
Love it here everytime, one of the best curries in Leeds!! Staff are always so friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend.
We had our anniversary meal here this evening and I was hesitant to try it as I've never had Indian Street food before. I can honestly say, with my hand on my heart, I believe the Saag Paneer curry is the best curry I've ever had! The yorkshire cheese naan was also something else, soooo cheesy! And
