Love this place it’s calm, nicely furnished, spacious and excellent drinks, quality takes time so not always the fastest moving queue but worth waiting for.
OK, this is a chain so not expecting anything OTT, but the staff were happy and willing to talk, the coffee was as normal very good, would say better than Costa, and the cakes are just very, very good better than most!

First time in cafe Nero. Good coffee, good hot chocolate and a nice selection for a quick mid morning snack/breakfast. Nice atmosphere with a variety of different seat settings. Good size and spaced out from each other.
Would have preferred 'free from' selections but could not instantly find them so just grabbed what I could see.
It's a nice place, friendly staff and great coffee. Usually it's also full of mum's with crying/shouting babies - it's a great place if you don't mind (we didn't mind) :) It provides young/new parents place to meet with friends and regain dome sanity... Thanks Nero.
Always good service, nice food and drink choices and very inviting when I have my dog. Comfy seats. Staff are outstanding!
The staff here are lovely and friendly and make a great cup of coffee. It's a relaxed place, dog friendly too which I like.

Chairs are tatty and ripped. Toilets need a good scrub and clean. But, amazing coffee and cake

Every single member of staff here really bounce off each other giving a friendly, fun and professional atmosphere. These type of staff are what many employees dream of, and really make this cafe stand out in the best way making the cafe so welcoming. The cafe is clean, organised and homely.
After having some recommendations from a member of staff, we end up buying quite a few items, from the tosties, paninis, cake, sausage rolls, hot and cold drinks. Everything is up to the standard of cafe nero. I would say the cake was a little on the drier side compared to a freshly baked cake but was still delicious and would still recommend.
Unlike many cafe neros I find this one the most pleasurable not only with the staff but even decor, as many other neros tend to be a bit crowded, dark and moody... Where this is cozy, spacious and even a bit festive.
Not as busy after covid bs. Good seating capacity and atmosphere. Dog friendly.
