Quiet place,similar ro all "Costa" coffees, the staff is always new guys not very experienced and lots of them are now learning. But they try hard. There is parking on the street but it's not especially for "Costa" so it's difficult to park your car there. The place is clean ,the music is not very loud so it's perfect for reading or working on your computer.
Quiet Costa but a great large cappuccino and fresh cinnamon bun. Nice seating currently relaxing in a gorgeous leather sofa.

This review and score is not so much for the coffee and cake (worth 4 stars, especially the cake) but more for the servers who are easily worth 6 stars. I stopped here for a caffine top-up today during a long ride. A women in front of me was berating the young servers because they declined to make her a special (i.e. not on the menu) and at the price she decided she wanted to pay! They were polite and accomodating; she was agressive, rude, entitled and in the wrong. Well done to the two servers, who are a credit to their generation and make me ashamed of some of the people in mine.
I visit this costa most mornings on way home from work. Nora and the team are excellent. The coffee shop is always clean. The service even at there busiest times is always of the highest standard. The team are always happy to help and we'll the coffee is just the best. Thank you Nora and the team for making my last coffee of the day special and keep up the good work.
This branch of Costa is my local when I am at work. Nora is the Manager and she is brilliant, so are her staff. She is very helpful and knowledgeable let's me know what infers they have on and goes out of her way to help. Today their coffee machine was not working. She said she would call me to let my colleagues and I know when it was back up and running again. Which she did!

It's my local Costa to work, so I visit it semi regularly... i'd say all the staff know what they are doing and mostly happy and chatty. There have been a few faces in my time going (6 or 7 months) and they've all picked up the role well so there is no one there you worry about getting served by. i'd agree with one of the earlier reviews it can be a bit quiet, though I tend not to go to coffee bar's for the atmosphere so I wouldn't count that as a negative and it does mean a nice quick service - all in all a good coffee shop, nice and clean, good range of coffee and snacks and a decent staff - what more do you need for a 5 out of 5.

It's now picking up the pace and it can be very busy, however the manager and staff all seem to be pretty good! you get served and most of the staff seem happy and cheery! it's a regular weekly lunchtime treat and will remain that way!
It's your typical everyday Costa, but it's the staff that steals the five stars. They are super friendly and helpful. Today for example, one girl who was alone behind the counter rushed to the front door to help me get my pushchair in. Thank you!

Typical Costa. Nice and clean. Good coffee and cakes. Comfy seats. Not too busy. I didn't even know it was here, apparently they opened over a year ago. They need to work on their marketing.
Another great Costa coffee outlet in Haywards Heath. The staff are freindly, tables clear and clean, well decorated. Its not that busy currently as its still not on the map yet. Its nice to have a coffee in the peace and quite, but im sure that as time goes on it will become frequented more.
