Had veggie breakfast , vibe toms fresh, spinach and mush seasone just right. Halluomi delicious . Advocado mashed n a seperate dish . Definitely going back , new fave place for brekkie
The absolute best cafe on the island. The food was really tasty. Best veggie breakfast I have ever had. Loads of fresh not just fry up options too. Great staff really friendly.
In Hayling Island with my husband and daughter for a few days and was looking for a proper cafe to go to for breakfast. We had a Google and decide on here, we were not disappointed. Up the Creek is a great place for breakfast. Having visited in December 2022 and now under new management in April 2023, the menu looks to be similar with the same no-nonsense approach to drinks and options when ordering a full-English. The food was perfectly cooked and the ingredients were clearly
This cafe was under new management..the staff were really friendly and made everyone feel welcome..the atmosphere was lovely.
My coffee was just how I like it as I don't like strong...I went for the full English which I'm so glad I did..it was cooked perfectly and my egg was yum..

Stopped here for lunch after visiting and walking along Hayling Island beach. This is a very friendly local cafe and we had real nice sandwiches for lunch. They do all your typical cafe food but the staff are real nice and chatty and make you very welcome.
