The staff were friendly on the whole, although the lady on the order bar seemed distracted. Food came in about fifteen minutes, didn't look like a lot of food for the money, but maybe I'm greedy.....

It's worth checking out the special offers. For example 2 courses (during the week) like in the picture for £9.49! + extras like tasty soup or cake for £2.49. HOWEVER, you have to be careful when paying! - the lady who served us had a bad day because she either charged us more than we ordered or did not suggest that we can have two dishes instead of one for the same price and we paid for one as two or she had a sour face that she had to refund us the money for resignation from the crumble pie, which spoils the atmosphere (and I understand some of the previous comments on a similar topic). Apart from the lady at the checkout, the rest of the staff, including the manager, had a good day and it worked well with them. That's why I still recommend it!

Great location for us while we were staying at St Ives. We had two meals here and found the staff really polite and helpful. The meals were the usual good standard except for the second meal when it came out warm.

Typical Brewers Fayre, all staff were incredibly young, but were efficient. Food was typical for these family friendly bar/restaurants, meal was decent in size and good temperature, so yes I would use again.

Visited this place twice because it was convenient. The first time, the food was fair (the peas were cold and hard as if they hadn't been cooked). It was mentioned to the waiter, but it was brushed aside! The second time, the food was better, but we waited a long time for it, and when you have children with you, and they are hungry, they want their food. The kid's meal deal was very good value.

A great place to stop off for a good value family meal after a day out at the local beaches. We visit often when on holiday as they often do kids eat free deals. The children love the soft play whilst waiting for and after their food although I think it's a bit overpriced for what it is and the time limit. The staff are brilliant, really friendly and helpful. The menu is a bit hit and miss, often things out of stock and on one visit we did have an extremely long wait for food, which we hadn't been advised of on arrival. However the team were very apologetic and kindly offered a free desert to make up for it. We will definitely use again when next on holiday. Highly recommend the all you can eat breakfast too - brilliant value. Lots of parking on site and easy to access.

Very nice food mac and cheese photo 1 cottage pie photo 2 steak and ale pie photo 3 . Had to queue to order poor lady behind the bar busy. Serving drinks and taking orders for food. Should have more staff helping out .Not very fast cleaning tables . Considering it's not very busy . Would we eat here again YES

I gave 3 stars for atmosphere as it was empty when we visited. Served straight away, and food was cooked fresh to order. Have been before and never have any complaints. Will visit again.

One of the best Brewers Fayres we have visited. The food was good. There's a play area (although we visited late and it had closed). The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

Lovely evening with the family. Fantastic service upon arrival and the food was well served and tasty. Nice that the dessert had the grapes sliced for the kids. Thanks to the whole team. Highly recommend if your staying at St Ives resort as you can walk down. Children's play area closes at 7pm. Plenty of free parking too.
