Café is great. Kelly and her team are amazing. Extensive menu, lovely cakes and great coffee. Plus if you're there at the right time you may be offered complimentary pastries that Kelly will box up for you. Lovely. Thank you very much!
A very large M&S selling a large selection of clothing and items for the home. There's also a cafe here as well as a large Foodhall.
We popped into the Foodhall while passing through and were very happy with the wide selection of food on offer, mostly at reasonable prices. Paying at the till was very prompt and straightforward. There were plenty of tills available and we didn't have to wait.
There is a fairly large free car park here which is shared with the other shops in the retail park. There are a couple of disabled parking spaces available near the shop entrances.
Excellent customer service, there was no wait time at all. We got a meal deal for children £3.95 for a main, drink, fruit, biscuits. I think that's a real good value for money. The loaded hot chocolate is amazing! So is the Salated caramel cake I'd definitely recommend to anyone coming to have a cake and coffee because why not while your shopping for some clothes or food shopping treat yourself and enjoy!
Very good quality products, the cornish cheddar is delicious. Helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable prices for the quality. They have locally produced items which is fantastic.
I like this Mark's and Spencer as its like 2 shops in one, one half is for clothes for men, ladies and children, and then the other half is the food Hall where you can buy fresh produce, frozen food, chilled food and also beers wines and spirits, this place has a good selection of allsorts of food, but the food is a little more expensive than your normal supermarkets but the quality is a little bit better!
Nothing but good service, I have become a Blue Badge hold. A very interesting experience. I would like to have more spaces allocated directly out side main entrances with trolly bays also near. Mother and Baby ( do need space) but can walk freely after parking. So could be placed NOT in front. Planners should have a trial run in a wheelchair and crutches some time.

Excellent service at this M&S store, nothing was too much trouble to help me find the item I needed.
Popped in for food, busy little store with a good selection
I must praise Julie on the ordering and pick up counter yesterday for going to so much trouble for us when our order was not in store. Due to an error largely on our part and having travelled from Falmouth to collect, she spent considerable time trying to, and in the end sorting our order so we could go home with the required goods. Well done Julie. (I do so hope that I got your name right, but you and your colleagues will know who you are.)
A brilliant example of a good sized M&S. Didn't look at the clothes section as we were food shopping. Still plenty of appealing, fresh stock at 16.00 on a Sunday including a good selection of breads. The Covid arrangements are good with plenty of space. Only spotted one person not wearing a mask with everyone else (young and old) adhering to the rules, keeping their distance and wearing masks. Felt very safe shopping there. A very good experience.
My favourite morning venue. Not the best looking cafe area but the staff are welcoming and helpful to an oldie like myself. I always use and post my photographs from here when I am on one of my frequent visits to Hayle the wifi is just about adequate. The store itself is clean and pleasant with good selection of clothing for all ages. The food Hall is always well stocked and cold as everybody notices this.
My husband and I went to collect two orders but of course we had to have a snack in their cafe which is excellent. I was on my mobility scooter so could look around properly. We bought a couple of bits as their sale is very good. Thank you M&S Hayle.
Has a good range but layout is dreadful. They seem to move things around too often. Spent far too long looking for what I wanted. Car park too small for how busy it gets especially when its rainy. I found the staff I asked for help not very helpful, but the ladies at the checkout were lovely.
Fairly large selection, although prices are high as one would expect to find in Mark's and Sparks. Usually shop here for clothes and find the trend is to be tight around the thighs. However, this store is pleasant and if I ever need help it is indeed offered. The changing rooms I couldn't work out - they look to be manned with a desk setup but noone was there.
Used the food hall first and it had a nice ambience, only downside was the lady at the checkout took too long chatting to the previous customers who she obviously knew socially. The rest of the store is more modern than many, well laid out with good space. There's also a first floor accessible by stairs, escalator or lift, with the cafe, men's wear and toilets. Overall one of the better stores.
