The customer service my family and I experienced was second to none. After ordering and waiting we suddenly had to leave. So had told a member of staff and they arranged for our meal to be boxed up so we could take it away. The meal itself was delicious. So nice to be looked after as well as the staff do here. I would like to see a curry back on the menu as a permanent dish and not just for a curry night. Great staff, great food, great place. And the views are amazing.

Beautiful view. Food was amazing. We had the potted crab and the scallops followed by two steaks. It was all cooked beautiful and tasted amazing. Can't recommend it enough. Will definitely be back this week.

Lovely place, and the views from the tables are something else! Food lovely, took a few minutes to arrive but it was a Saturday night so I can't moan! Staff ever so friendly, especially a blonde lady, I'm sorry I couldn't catch her name, but she is so bubbly and obviously a people person!! Food amazing and always piping hot! Been on holiday for the past week up at Riviera Sands and visited this place 3 times! The alchohol is top notch too, lovley and chilled

I must say this place is underrated. We're on our last day of hols in Cornwall, and I was looking for a place to eat. This place is right on the beach, so perfect for what we wanted. I was a bit reluctant after reading some of the reviews, but I'm glad we still decided to give it a try. The food was delicious, the view was breathtaking, and we were happy with the service. We had about 30 minutes waiting for the food to arrive, bare in mind the place was busy.

Beautiful pub in a beautiful location. We mainly came here for a drink overlooking the sea, but opted to eat too. I had the Cajun Chicken Pasta, and my partner had the Lasagne. Both portions were plentiful and tasty. Drinks are quite expensive here compared to the average though. The staff seemed rushed off their feet through no fault of their own- which hindered service a bit as the queue at the bar was long for food and drink.. with one lady struggling alone. Despite this, we had a lovely meal.

Parking is nothing to do with the pub but pay and you get it off your bill (£10 spend) The view outside is 10/10 price is average for a pint. Staff are nice and friendly. Sorted the rugby on there screen for us to watch which is 5 star in itself 😉💪🏻 will 100% be back

Amazing views from windows and a genuinely nice place to be, although there were some things that I believe need to be brought up to concern your trip. There is only 1 toilet in the whole restaurant which is a disabled one and I don’t know about you but there was quite a few people there so i am very concerned at what the toilets hygiene was at. The only other thing that im going to rant about was the many many wasps in the windows which that when your eating you don’t really want to be staring at a massive bug , so maybe adding some bug repellent / wasps catchers maybe a good idea, other from that it was a amazing time and the food tasted great, if there was a option to customise your food to take out certain condiments/ items that would be the best but that is a specific task for the operators of haven serve. Overall it was absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere to go for a nice meal ( especially after a trip to the beach)

Meals Monday to Thursday 2for £15 excellent. Drinks rather overpriced until you take in the most amazing view from the bar, terrace or beer garden

Lovely place with lovely view and very tasty food, but waiting time is too long for food we did wait more than an hour for food after ordering.

Rung up and reserved a table as we wanted the sunset with our meal and we weren't disappointed. It was a bit busy and the food came after about 40 mins or so. The drinks were reasonably priced and when the food came it was hot and of a decent amount. I had the rack of ribs and they were lovely. The sunset was great to and a great place to finish off a day either on the beach, touring or relaxing.

We had a late lunch here, fantastic view especially if you wish to watch the sunset. Friendly staff, tried their best to cope with the high foot fall. Be prepared to queue at the bar during busy periods. Be ready with your menu choices whilst queueing to make things a lot quicker. Reasonably clean toilets. Pay parking a short walk away. I didn't realise you can get your parking fee refunded if you drink or eat at the pub.

Lovely pub with stunning views. Staff are pleasant but are SO SLOW. Really need more training, maybe? Other customers were moaning on each of our visits. Also, sort your prices...way too expensive.

Beautiful views of the beach. Drinks are quite expensive, in my opinion. We visited in March so new staff learning the ropes ready for the summer were a little overwhelmed at busy times - all the staff were very lovely though. The games room kept adults and children entertained with sports on the tv, a pool table and a 'win everytime' grabby machine. You can have table service or order through an app. The food was very good however the 'rare' steak was more like a medium. They have a main menu but also a childrens menu and one for coeliac patrons too. Despite the sheet being signed by staff every hour or so, the toilets were a little yukky, but then they were very busy with people coming in straight off the beach. There is a carpark and also an overflow carpark, it is free to haven guests displaying a card otherwise its pay and display, but this is refunded if you spend over £10 inside Overall, good menus, tasty food, pleasant atmosphere, dog friendly, kid friendly - I will happily return to this restaurant

The food is reasonably priced. The drinks are expensive. The views are fantastic, though, and when we were on our holiday we went here a few times. Would definitely recommend. If you'd like to eat in the quieter food area then you need to book, otherwise you may not be allowed in, even if there are plenty of spaces. It has direct access to the beach. The food is pretty good, the burgers especially.

Fantastic pub/restaurant. Handled the COVID-19 pandemic with utmost seriousness and ensured everyone's safety in the best possible way. The pub offers various facilities including an arcade, outside playground and plenty of dining areas both inside and outside. In terms of the food and drink, the main foods and drinks were of great standard whereas the sides (chips and garlic bread) were hardly edible. A focus on the main food such as ribs and pasta is what makes the food great here. Furthermore, the staff were all friendly, patient and sociable, doing their best to provide a good service. The only downsides were the side orders as mentioned, some questionable food prices and the apparent lack of cleaning inside of the pub on the floor and windows.
