Absolutely amazing food with service to match.
Staff are friendly, helpful and courteous and the food is top notch. Roast meals with a choice of 4 meats on a Sunday (or multiple meats on one plate) along with superb Pizza - genuinely better than most pizza shops/chains.
It is awkward to get to but
I stayed for one night in The Lookout which was up a staircase above the main building. Reasonable amount of room with a double bed and sofa style bed. The shower was decent enough. Really appreciated the mini fridge and toaster for making my breakfast in the morning. All using ingredients bought fr
Fantastic food at a very reasonable price in a quaint and quiet little place. Had a superb home made steak and ale pie. Bar staff were very friendly and helpful with all requests. Will be back
A fantastic old world pub in a prime position in the quant village of St Erth, both me and my wife didn't want to leave. Charmingly designed rooms, lovely food, friendly staff and locals and enough going on to keep you there until closing time.
The owner Mick was a gentleman and it was great to meet
Great pub, good friendly service, nice range of beers, not rip off prices. Didn't eat but menu looks good. Will be back. PS š¶ friendly
Went today for Sunday roast. A 10/10 for us. Couldn't fault it. The beef was tender and I think we had 6 different vegetables. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Would definitely recommend.
On holiday with my parents, we were looking for somewhere local to the holiday accommodation for a quick and tasty meal out. We decided to try the 'Fishy Friday' offer at the Star Inn (fish, chips and mushy peas for Ā£10). I made the booking by email and the confirmation came through really quickly -
Very good pub. Good food at extremely competitive prices very good value. Nice ambiance and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Amazing food, a proper pub. Wish there were more like it. The camembert sharer is stunning
Very good local eatery, friendly staff and locals. Made us feel welcome from the start.
Found this little gem of a pub from a sign near to where we was staying It didn't disappoint. Had an evening meal there one night the food was absolutely brilliant. While we was there we noticed a sign for a vintage afternoon tea which we booked . We had this today and this was also excellent.
Absolute gem of a pub. Couldnāt fault a thing!
The menu offered an extensive selection which catered for all tastes - was quite a tricky task selecting a favourite. Food was delicious and our waiter Steve could not be more welcoming and attentive.
To top things off, my party and I were able to enjoy
We had a fantastic lunch here after a walk from St Erth station. The staff here are so welcoming. The food was fantastic and such great value for money. We had lunch for 3 of us and drinks for around Ā£30 which is brilliant. Great menu for kids too and they are made to feel very welcome. Would highly

Large car park and garden. Well worth looking up. Excellent
I was working in the area and looked for a local shop selling sandwiches but couldn't find one, then I came across this great looking local pub. It looked well presented from the outside, lots of parking, colourful, plenty of info on the boards outside and well just really inviting. I asked the land
