The farm is free and cute, the pick your own is tidy but let's talk about FOOD! I wanted lunch so managed to get a table in the restaurant. There was a lunch deal for 3 course and it was £25.95. I chose carpaccio, Steak, mushroom and ale pie with Cauliflower cheese and veg, and I selected the lemon
Beautiful banoffee pie and a wonderful tiramisu. The pulled pork burger was nice but the chicken burger was slightly dry. The chips were great though.
Brilliant Sunday roast, massive desserts. Also the server asked the party at the start of the meal about food allergies and they had a great online dietary list for the dessert menu.
Excellent choice if you are looking for a nice place to eat whilst on holiday. Loads of seating inside and out and most of the produce is from the farm itself which is superb.

I ordered a cream tea for one. Two slightly warmed plain scones with a high quality strawberry jam made from 70 grams of fruit per 100 grams and a generous quantity of clotted cream. Excellent!

I’ve given the restaurant 4* because of a Sunday dinner we had. I ordered Pork with crackling which I had before and which was fab. There was no crackling left but they told me that as they put my meal on the table without it.
