I recently hosted a dinner for a delegation of 30 lawyers from Punjab and Haryana along with a few local lawyers and other guests, totaling around 50-60 people, at GT Road Restaurant, I must express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful service we received during our dinner.
From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The wait staff was constantly attentive to our needs, ensuring each guest had everything they needed throughout the meal. The food was absolutely delightful, with a range of flavours that catered to everyone's taste buds. The ambience of the restaurant was charming and complimented the overall experience.
Moreover, the management was extremely accommodating and ensured that everything went smoothly. They took care of the details and ensured that every request was fulfilled.
Overall, the experience was remarkable and unforgettable. I am sure that all my guests were equally pleased and cherish this delightful dining experience.
I would highly recommend GT Road Restaurant to anyone looking for a quality dining experience. I thank the entire team at GT Road Restaurant for their hard work and excellent service.
Great tasting food and great service!! I have been many restaurants but this one in Hayes tops it all, Fresh and tasty! Thanks to Kiran, Bella, and wonderful staff for looking after us, just had a group party here and everyone enjoyed.

Its a little weird watching people working when trying to dine and the drinks are very, very expensive.
The service was excellent seeing as the 1 waiting staff tried to manage all the tables while another made drinks.
The starters were good, not the best mixed grill and weird to have a random tandoori chicken quarter. The kebabs a bit dry.
The veg platter equally is unimaginative with a samosa, small bhajia, and a bit of chana.
The mains. The nihari was excellent. Soft fall of the bone excellent. The butter chicken was ok. Lamb curry was a little dry for me. The saag paneer wasnt that good but the dhaal makhni was.
The veg haka noodles were quite oily and a bit bland. Another plus was the Naans were fresh and crispy.
Overall it was good but there are many other options that do great food. If youre close by and fancy indian food then its a great option. Unsure if id travel to visit.
Amazing food, hands down one of the best desi restaurants around town. The staff is lovely and hospitable as well. Lovely experience.
I’m giving 4 stars because the service was awful unfortunately, the staff did not pay attention and had to be called upon, they took so long to clean the tables but having said that the food was definitely 5 out of 5!!! So fresh, so hot temperature wise and totally delicious. An absolute gem of a restaurant and I’m so glad we chose to come here. Honestly if the service was better and the staff were more attentive and observant then GT ROAD would have definitely got 5 stars from me! I’m hoping they take some time out to train their waiting staff because the service was too slow but the food was amazing! I’ll definitely visit again but please train your staff. The menu had a great choice of foods to choose from. 🙂
Went with a group of friends nice family restaurant the food is really nice and the service is fast, but one thing they don't mention when you arrive only tell you when you are just about to pay the bill is that they charge corkage if you bring your own drinks, wanted to charge us £15 because I brought a litre of Vodka.
Went there for the first time, must say food was amazing and me and my family enjoyed. But service of waiters can be better, need more training. But food was 5* will come back again.
Authentic Panjabi cuisine, clean and sensibly priced. Will definitely be going back... at last, a local venue that serves great tasting food without trying to be some sort of fancy disco lodge boutique experience.

Cool and Pleasant environment. Roadside pavement car parking. Had my baby's first birthday dinner party, service by Bhumi & Randeep was awesome.

A very pleasant 1st time visit with the family for a birthday. The food was amazing and many of the dishes we had were really authentic and tasty. All dishes tasted unique and had there own flavours. The meat and veg dishes were cooked to perfection and the flavours were amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I will be visiting this place again for sure. The staff bhumi, kusum and komal were very professional and polite, and the customer service was exceptional. This place is very clean and was fairly busy after 8pm on a Friday with good vibes. U can also bring your own drinks with a corkage fee. The quality of the meat was very good and so were the drinks. Il be coming back soon with friends and family.
WOW!! That should some it up! I ordered a takeaway last week, all I can say this a one of THE best restaurants around for miles! I ordered saaag, methi chicken, makhi de roti, and jeera rice. The saag was like my mum makes it absolutely spot on, the methi chicken was one of the best i have tried ,full of flavour and real methi leaves, not like the other restaurants claim they put dried methi in it which is NOT the same,it's like proper punjabj food, The makhi de roti was so fresh and its hard to get that right too! beautifully presented food and amazing in flavour! And delivered hot! Needless to say this will not be my first order, already placed another one this evening, hope the quality is the same as last time, my husband was super impressed! Thank you to the chef ! Keep up the good work ! I also did make a call to the restaurant and spoke to the owner /manager Kiran and said how impressed I was! Thank you and keep up the good work, will hopefully be dining in soon x

We visited twice, at first we tired GT special handi chicken & second chicken aachari. Both time food was delicious. In starter this time we ordered chicken 65 & has a different flavour, we liked the taste. All over we liked so far. Two girls in front are calmly served the food.
Environment is good to dine in.
Loved the food and great service, too.
Authentic Indian food that not only tastes nice but also feels fresh.
Will surely go there again to try other items.
