I had the pleasure of dining at Kulcha Express recently, and I must say that the customer service provided by one of their employees was absolutely exceptional. The gentleman working there went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. His friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and knowledge of the menu were truly impressive. He took the time to answer all of my questions, make recommendations, and even accommodated a special dietary request with a smile. It’s rare to encounter such dedication and passion for customer service in today’s fast-paced world. This employee’s outstanding service not only made my meal memorable but also left a lasting positive impression of Kulcha Express as a whole. It’s clear that he is an asset to the team, and I believe he deserves recognition and possibly a raise for his exemplary performance.

Went for a meal with the whole family and it was great. Starters were delicious, but the chili paneer was very spicy. We told the staff it was too spicy and they bought us some indian sweets to soothe our mouths, which was very sweet of them. The mains was perfect. We had little kids with us and they played Peppa Pig on the tv for them whilst we had dinner and we could not thank them enough. The staff are just brilliant. So kind and just excellent at their job. I would go again!

I had the pleasure of dining at Kulcha Express today with my family and was blown away by the quality of the food and the attentive service provided by the staff. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the menu had a great selection of authentic Indian dishes to choose from. The kulcha was freshly baked, soft, and full of flavor. The portion size was perfect as well.

Amazing service wid great taste of food ….. must try keema kulcha thali and fish pakora .. i love it … nd the service boy served food very polietly and nicely ….. love to visit again👌
