The overall restaurant is 4.8, food is fresh 4.8, service is a 4.8 and so is the atmosphere. I love the 6oz beef Mexican burger, chips are well done made with a good amount of potato and the Oreo milkshake is delicious and by far best milkshake in Hayes they are even better than McDonalds. Clearly the cleanest place to date with confutable seats with clean tables and a washroom. The staff are fantastic they work very hard and they are polite by showing a positive attitude towards customers. Only small is is cost being high however everything else is worth it. I recommend people to check this place where they provide magnificent grilled chicken, grilled wings, fries, milkshake & burgers.
The food here has always been fresh whenever I've ordered it. I'm a regular and can easily recommend it to anyone looking for great beef or chicken options. Their Mazaa burger is my favourite, and I generally eat their chicken options which are always spot on. I typically don't eat at the restaurant as it feels a little cramped and I'm not a fan of the area, but service is generally decent. Overall, the food is quality.
Edit: Whenever I've ordered from here (Uber Eats) I've always found the food to arrive extra soggy, especially the fries and burger buns in particular. I'd recommend asking the restaurant not to pack the food too tightly. My burger buns arrived as floppy as the lettuce inside the burger. No way to salvage the buns once they are in this state sadly.
Really nice burgers. Freshly cooked. Tried the Mazaa grilled burger with fries. Very very tasty. Takes a while to cook but definitely worth the wait. Different heats available, similar to Nandos, but has a more unique flavour. Definitely worth to try. Too bad the ambience and location is not the best. Got so much more potential.
The burgers were amazing! Very well priced and really filling. The patties were juicy and the buns fresh. Specially liked their chilli sauce. Their seating is limited though.
Had a late night snack after a concert. Food was delicious, well cooked. Staff friendly & polite. Would recommend.
The burger was tasty, other dishes attract to try. A bit over on price. Can try if it doesn't matter.
When reviewing takeaways a big factor is to do with the place’s chilli sauce and this spot does not disappoint! Quality food at a reasonable price very satisfied with Mazaa
Lovely food for the reasonable prices on the menu. Food came out fresh and piping hot. Was a little bit of a wait and dining tables could've been a bit cleaner.
Friendly and happy staff, helpful too.

had their nacho beef burger with an extra patty, absolutely bang on with the flavour and was juicy too.
The wife had their grilled.chicken burger which was also bang on with flavour and was not dry like other chicken burgers.
Cheesy chips were very tasty and a good portion size too, we rarely finish our chips but these went quick.
Only complaint is their BBQ wings. Still a little pink on the inside and should have a crisp skin, these didn't hit the spot and had to be thrown in the bin.

This place does the most delicious chicken burger. It’s perfectly grilled chicken with the most delicious sauce. A must try . Fries are excellent . This place is too good. A gem in Hayes ! I have ordered regularly over the years and their quality is always consistent . Great valve for money with large portions. 11 out of 10 for this place .

The food is delicious and worth it, but honestly it's the team that work at Mazaa that make the whole experience enjoyable.
Really good chicken and rice, their secret sauce is so good over any of their menu items! Not many side options but reasonably priced nonetheless. Quality is always fresh and they serve large portions.
Delicious! Had the halloumi wrap and fries and was just gorgeous. Still v hot by the time I had walked 10 mins home. Generous portions and the garlic mayo is to die for! Friendly staff too who didn’t laugh at my zero spice requirements either! Can’t wait for my next meal! Thanks guys!
