Went there and back a few hours ago for my 40th birthday meal with family. My experience along with my family was excellent food, 5 out of 5 stars, service was very good with a 4 out of 5 rating, staff were polite and friendly and well informed about the service and food products they offer, full of knowledge and explanations on the food we queried. Very busy and loud inside as a lot of people there celebrating different events. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely recommend this too anyone too try. I will go again and again too this restaurant in the future. We had starters, main meals and desert and coffee/tea and all for 6 people, veg and non veg food. I LOVE this place! Best South Indian in West London. Defo recommend the dosa and fresh juices here. My hubby is a fan of the lamb chops here too x

i recently went to Sarasas after they had been closed for a few months for renovation! The restaurant has been revamped and has a lovely new modern decor which definitely adds to the dining experience. The food was lovely as always - the place is a wonderful & rare mix of Punjabi and South Indian food. We had the Chicken wings, Fish Tikka, Panner tikka for starters and Dosas, Vada, Lamb Briyani & dal Makhani for mains, followed by matka kulfi for dinner.. everyone enjoyed their dinner and we will surely return to this gem of a place.
When first opened, the food was very good, and price of the food was competitive. As of today the Restaurant is over priced . Service is very very slow. And the cheek of it all ,which I’m sure most restaurant visitors do not check the bill a Service Charge if 10% is added . And yet the waiters do bring you the receipt folder looking for more tips. I think a warning to the customer should be executed by the waiter. For example a portion of Chips for a child is £3,50 . Never in my dreams you would pay so much at another restaurant, . It’s a disgrace
My first south indian restaurant in London. To my surprise the food was much better than some of the south indian restaurants back in mumbai. The dosas & chutney was yummy. And the thali meal is absolutely value for money. The staff too was very friendly. I surely recommend this restaurant 👍
Very good food and the service I have always got is fabulous .. Lovely and smiling staff .. Have been there many times .. There dosa and info Chinese starters are very nice

This is one of the very good south Indian restaurants in London. The dosas are very crisp and lovely and the sambar is yummy.
The one dish that I absolutely loved here was the Chettinad chicken. It is a south indian style chicken dish with a strong flavor of pepper. Truly heavenly.
They also have a catering service for weddings,birthdays etc.
If you like south indian food you will love this place.
Visited the restaurant after 4 years the management changed and the ambience changed. It has become a great place.
Went for dinner with friend and excellent food service and the staff was friendly enough. I guess the food is bit on expensive side but you won’t be disappointed with the food taste and quality.
Highly recommend at least for one time.

The food was amazing, staff very polite, calm and helpful. Ambiance was warm.. Very lovely place to bring your friends/family. They probably do the best dosa in town.
The only reason why I'm giving it 4 star is because of the price. Its incredibly expensive compared to other restaurants however its a very demanding and busy restaurant so I can understand why.
We tried team dinner here, the restaurant got more seating and the ambiance looks good.. the staff were friendly and the service was good.. we tried chicken 65, lamb chops, fish chilly, gobi Manchurian, papadi chat, egg fried rice, prawn Briyani, lamb Briyani, butter naan and butter roti.. all the items very good except prawn Briyani and lamb Briyani..
also this restaurant serve South Indian items as well like dosa mini idly.. a good place to try both south and North Indian food
Lovely ambience! The service is slow and the wait until you receive your order is very long. The staff is polite The food is tasty! Love the dosas and the sherbet! The food is a bit over priced!

We tried the super spicy chetinaad fish curry which goes very well with garlic & coriander naan. Also had onion paratha but it wasn't as good as we were expecting. The mango lassi is best with the spicy food.

Nice restaurant with delicious food. We ordered ghee roast dosa, chilli paneer dry, mini idli with sambhar, masala papad and mango lassi. Everything was delicious and well served. Staff were nice and genty. I will recommend this restaurant.
Excellent food and good service. The food is so fresh and excellent value for money. The restaurant does get very busy on the weekends so advisable to go earlier.
Good taste for South Indian and Indo Chinese food. Place is very hygienic and well maintained.
