We had our wedding anniversary on the 24th March had a bottle of wine put in our room lovely little touch could not do enough for us fantastic staff and beautiful food in the restaurant well done all the staff recommend highly

We got married at the holiday inn Haydock on the 24th March 17, I had a vision of how our day would look and was so worried (ocd) that what I had in my head wouldn't be done if I didn't do it myself, sleepless nights and umpteen calls the event staff haha, but what can I say it was everything I dreamed and more! The day went without a hitch and I cannot thank the event staff enough, especially Alice who reassured me everything would be perfect and it was! I wish I could do it all again!
The wedding breakfast was delicious and the buffet was great! The house DJ was amazing as well, we wanted some Persian music played as my husband is Persian and he didn't fail to deliver! Great set up and get everyone dancing!
One thing I would say is to not waste your money on the private bar, as there was only 1 member of staff in the bar people just used the other bar instead of waiting, bit of a shame seeing as we paid for it. I would say that for what it is, it should be included in the wedding package or scrapped altogether!
But overall I'd recommend the Holiday Inn Haydock as a place to stay and a wedding venue!

i had my wedding here on the 28th and WOW how amazing i wamt to do it all over again everything was perfect from start to finish, Collette amd Alice who organised everythinf for me well what can i say they truly are 2 amazing people who go above and beyond to make the day extra special we can not thank them enough ��� and Alice for that extra suprise�� thank you agaim so much for making mine amd Ashleys day extra special ������

Got married here on the 27th of August and everything was amazing. Couldnt have envisioned it to look or go any better. A massive thank you to all the staff who worked so hard to make everything run smoothly. Alice, our wedding coordinator was absolutely fantastic and definitely went the extra mile adding her own little touches to make the day what it was. We were let down by our pianist for our big day (an outside agency, nothing to do with the holiday inn) so had no music prepared for anything, Alice made it her duty to fix this problem and in the end everybody forgot he was meant to even be there because she did such a good job! All I can say is WOW and thank you so much! From start to finish it,was just perfect �� lots of love and thanks, Mr and Mrs Clarke!
I booked a girls night in spa weekend for my birthday. And can't say anything bad about it. Everything was great. From the massage, over night stay, evening meal, free bottle of prosecco, breakfast for the price of £159. It's was all worth it we enjoyed it that much we're thinking about booking it again for next month. Would just like to say a massive thank you
Had an amazing time at my daughters wedding yesterday. Stayed from Friday till Sunday. Everyone was amazing. Hotel staff where brilliant so hospitable. Rooms are lovely and beds so comfy. Definitely recommend it. Breakfast lovely aswell.
