It was one of the best fish and chips I've ever had!! And the owners were super lovely and friendly. Loved everything about this place :) Curry sauce was also 10/10. I will be dreaming about this place until I am back.

Lovely fish and chips - friendly staff, little space with a couple of picnic benches next to the shop to eat if wanted and we got our first taste of a 'scone' which I'm told is a Yorkshire specialty - you need to try it - I'd definitely go back for that (flavour is a bit like a Scotch pie - strange! - I really don't know how but it was delicious!). Had the nicest fish and chips in a long while (possibly ever).
Sat outside on a drizzly day chatting to two lovely local ladies and their dogs. They rated the establishment so highly that they came every week, rain or shine.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the price was excellent! I wish we lived nearer. Thank you!

Great fish and chips washed down with a cup of tea. Best priced chippy that we have all visited this year on the bike night out. Area to ditto outside and eat too. Would recommend this place or is it plaice?
Absolutely amazing fish and chips, the batter was nice and crisp and the fish actually tasted like fish which is a rarity these days! The two staff members (potentially the owners) serving us were lovely and welcoming. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to return!!
