We came in for dinner and had a lovely time. The servers were really lovely and really helpful. I was excited that your establishment were very clued up on gluten free and cross contamination, and the gluten menu was very good, it's very rare to have a lovely dinner which includes sticky toffee pud
We arrived early and managed to be seated where daylight was coming in. It's very dull in the dining area but in keeping with its rich history. The service was excellent and the girls were helpful and cheerful. They were interested in why we were there. An apology to the manager as I kept our wa
Stayed just the one night for the wifes birthday, beautiful old hall, the staff were lovely, Emma and Carrie especially, the room was very nice with a really comfy double bed. Had an evening meal here and my battered fish was as good as I've ever had. Very pleased I chose here to stay and would be h
We were here a few times during our long weekend stay. The beer garden is gorgeous and there were even little cabins for when it was drizzling. The service is great, clean facilities and nice traditional interiors. What blew me away though was the food. We headed indoors for our Sunday dinner. Roas
Good food at a good price A big choice on menus. Nice helpful staff. Steps come down from the car park to entrance. As we are disabled we managed them OK. There are offers on some days that are good value. Would go again.
The Management & Staff were extremally committed to giving excellent service, We are on a weeks holiday here in Haworth 3rd time visit and always dine at the Old Hall, the drinks selection is excellent nice to see such a good range of cask beer's. The food is excellent as is the Sunday lunch, but I
The service when we arrived was a little slow, but that's not too much of a worry for me as it felt relaxed. We ordered and our drinks came quickly. The food arrived - my husband's burger was a few minutes before the rest and his fries were lukewarm so he started eating. My daughter got her roast la
We were a party of 4 adults and two small children. We visited for Sunday lunch which was mostly very tasty! The roast potatoes were superb! And the yorkshire pudding was nice too, although a bit cold when our dinner arrived. The gravy could be better! The service was really excellent, cannot praise
The staff are smiling helpfully and very easy to talk too. We changed our table to allow our dog to stay with us. Food was excellent and very tasty. I had a starter which wasn’t to my liking (my fault) they exchanged it quickly without fuss. Looked after us and brought a bowl of water and treats for
Came to visit the artisan market with a Sunday roast to celebrate Mums birthday. Bar staff were very organised and friendly. Food was delicious and nicely presented. Only complaint was from Mother, we had no crackling on our plates, but this definitely didn’t detract from an overall great day. Will
It was lovely! Really delightful attentive cheerful staff. Warm cosy environment. Fantastic food well seasoned - not extra salt or pepper required. Wine at perfect temperature. Efficient and helpful service. Absolutely loved it. Perfect lunch time date!
Ambience was lovely, and food was delicious. Our waitress, a lovely young lady with long blond hair, was delightful. The only error was that the mains were brought out before we’d finished our starters, but so easily rectified and very pleasantly, it was just an error, and much nicer than having to
We can't thank you enough for your excellent hospitality. We were travelling to the area to meet with our daughter who is currently in Keighley. The online booking process was easy and quickly confirmed. We received a warm welcome and were seated promptly and in a good area - the area furthest away
Had a great visit, it was easy to book online, even last minute. Service was friendly and helpful. Slightly disappointed not to be able to get a decaf latte, but a minor point, and my husband was very happy with his pint of hobgoblin. Food was good, although in retrospect we would have ordered the k
We were shown immediately to our table in a cosy corner. The staff/ manager was very attentive as we ordered our drinks. The menu has changed since our last visit but it still had a good choice in terms of light bites and meat/ veggie. We enjoyed two courses but couldn’t manage a pud! Nice cappuccin
Visited as a last minute drop in, they accommodated us on a very busy Saturday night and the staff were simply delightful. Everyone we came into contact with was polite, welcoming and smiley and that honestly made our day! Plus the setting is stunning too! Would definitely recommend!
Lovely atmosphere and very polite staff. Table service was excellent. Starter and mains we couldn't fault, they were absolutely delicious. My only disappointment was the dessert, the pastry was very hard and stale, unfortunately it didn't have the texture, taste and feel of a freshly made tart ( le
We called in for the first time on the afternoon before Mother's Day where I had booked a table for the Sunday. We were welcomed by a member of staff as we opened the door and were shown where we would be sitting the following day with our dog. The hall is impressive and has huge open fireplaces.
Our first visit to The Old Hall and the occasion was catching up with old friends visiting the area. The restaurant was busy but a nice friendly buzz with a cosy atmosphere especially on a cold winters day. Our waitress who attended our table was pleasant and gave us a run down of specials and pies
