Great little tea room for the veggie and vegan. Clean and well decorated. We had vegetable pasties and got chocolate. Very tasty.

Loads of different vegan cakes, such as carrot, Victoria sponge, biscoff, flapjacks, chocolate, banana & cinnamon. Delicious coffee too! Cute interior and the music inside was also a nice touch

Lovely cafe called in Christmas Eve and it was quite busy. Lots of vegan options including a great selection of cakes. Ordered two foccacia open sandwiches one with a houmous and roast vegetable topping and one with creamy mushrooms and spinach and two Earl Grey teas with oat milk.. The sandwiches were delicious the bread was fabulous and the toppings were spot on. Will definitely revisit.

I went here in May 2023 and still remember how amazing everything tasted! We had the cheese and onion pastry, the soup of the day (butternut squash) as well as tea. Cute, cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Everything was perfect, and I only wish we had more time there. Definitely stop by if you're ever in the Lake District area!

The sweetest little cafe! My partner and I had the afternoon tea for 2 for £25 let's just say we would have paid £40!!! All made fresh and displayed so beautifully, you should definitely come here. Thank you so much for a lovely experience and last day in the beautiful lake District

A lovely little vegeterian/vegan cafe in the heart of hawkshead, I started off with just the vegan sausage roll and ended up with a second one, a vegetable pastie and the neopolitan cake which was gorgeous and the strawberry cream was amazing I would definitely recommend!

This is such a fairytale place ❤️ Is cosy, decorated with good taste and the coffee is the best coffee I had in a while. Also, the staff is nice and they are so good at keeping everyone happy all the time, even if the place is always crowded with people! Sad I didn’t take more pictures tho. Edit - we went back in 2023. Still amazing and still the best coffee ever ♥️ Ohh and I left with a focaccia 😅

Seriously delightful spot, so grateful we stumbled through Hawkshead today and could enjoy a delicious vegan pasty and vegan hot chocolate. It was a pleasant surprise to have so many vegan options in an unexpected place. A perfect place to spend our time before our visiting slot at Hill Top. The café space is so gorgeous, seating inside and out. There’s plenty of beautiful dogs around on a sunny day like today, and the staff are very kind despite having a demanding, full café! Hope to be back again in this beautiful part of the world one day, and to indulge in one of the many vegan cakes Ginny’s have on offer.

Amazing little cafe with delicious cakes and coffees. Both outdoor and indoor seating available. The staff were absolutely lovely, even when things started getting busy. Nondairy options were available for all the coffees, which is always great for those of us who have issues with lactose!

Lovely little café. Vegetarian/vegan based. I had houmous and roasted med veg with toasted seeds open sandwich on toasted homemade focaccia for £8.95 and a cappuccino. The portion size was massive and was delicious. It was a touch dry because the bread was so thick but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely gentle music playing at a perfect volume. The jacket potato came with a good amount of salad that seems fresh and delicious. Would happily return

If you are ever in the Lake District please take a visit to Ginny’s Teapot for a spot of breakfast or some afternoon tea, the service was exceptional , the menu is vegan friendly with a wide variety of options. Unfortunately I only had the fruit scone, but it was exactly what I wanted, the scone was perfectly baked, smothered with clotted cream and strawberry jam it was a prefect addition to my coffee.

Just what we needed on a wet Lake District day. The soup was tasty and warming. The vegan hot chocolate was perfect. A comfy and welcoming cafe with veggie and vegan options.

A lovely little dog-friendly, vegetarian café in the heart of Hawkshead. The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. We wanted a table to seat 8 people (quite a big ask for a smaller establishment) and they immediately moved some furniture around to make that happen. Every member of our group who ate here thoroughly enjoyed their food. The scone and vegan sausage roll went down really well; the unassuming cheese and tomato sandwich was really tasty ("soooo good," in fact) and the sweet potato and chickpea curry pasty was a huge hit! One of the menu options was a sandwich with houmous and roasted vegetables, but as one of the group has a citrus allergy (and there's usually lemon juice in houmous) they were more than happy to make it without. This was very much appreciated and enjoyed. The staff went above and beyond to make us all feel at home and the kindness that was shown when we were weary from hunger and soaked through on a wet afternoon won't be forgotten. Thank you! Just to make others aware though, the menu options listed on Google aren't all currently on the menu at the café. If there's anything you're particularly interested in trying, give them a call ahead of time to check and see if it's still available. Dogs are allowed inside as well as at the outside seating, which will be a relief to anyone caught in a downpour.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived not long before they were closing but they made us welcome and served up delicious vegan cakes and drinks. They have a fantastic selection of vegan cakes and the coffee was very pleasant. Really nicely decorated too. Will definitely be back for a meal in the future!

Really cute vintage themed cafe, it is completely vegetarian with most options also being vegan. We happened to stumble upon this place whilst visiting Hawkshead for a quick stop, and I am so glad we did. The food was delicious and lots of yummy cake options available, the portions sizes aren't that big but perfect for a quick bite. The staff were all very friendly and overall a really lovely little cafe.
