Really clean, fast and good KFC. I ordered in the machine a 6 piece family feast with salads to take away. The food was to an exent KFC standard and I was served very quickly even if the was not much staff. The restaurant was almost empty but they were busy with the drive inn and delivieries.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, never been left waiting around. The food is the usual kfc, you’ve just got to try and get there when the chicken is fresh out the oven. Overall a very clean and well presented KFC!

Best KFC I have ever been to. Food always good, as is service. I've been to quite a few KFC establishments and Hednesford never disappoints.
Ordered on the app, must have done it wrong as when I went through the drive thru they said I was meant to collect in store. I explained I'm disabled & they said not a problem, collected at the next window.

Good food and service, got some of our order wrong though.
Called the store to see if they could customise my order as had just placed the order online and spoke to 'Alex'.
He was lovely, went out of his way to fulfil my requests and the food arrived exactly as I requested.

Brilliant! Much better than rugeley. Great service. Due an accident, a member of staff knocked a burger into the floor and dues to the waiting time, they replaced all of our order with fresh food and extremely apologetic about it. Thanks to Sue and the staff for being so helpful
It's a KFC same food as other restaurants admittedly the staff are extremely polite and helpful and it's very clean
