Really impressed with the customer service here, staff were all friendly and informative. David was really helpful and talked through all the coffees and was a pleasure to chat with being a coffee fanatic like myself. Hard to come across such good customer service this day and age.

I always receive wonderful service here. The staff are friendly, helpful and informative. They're in no way pushy when it comes to selling, which puts me at ease when it comes to stepping into the shop.
