I think the staff are great here. They do a hard job, and the demands of the drive-thru are not insubstantial. And yet they do their absolute best, get everyone served and the coffee is made to order and very good. All of the Pembrokeshire locations for Costa are really good. Yes it’s busy sometimes

We were served by Jessie who was such a great barista, she took so much care over our order and went above and beyond! Give that girl a raise 🙂

Have recently seen improved speed and efficiency of service. Are better managing the competing demands of drive-thru vs inside service.

Sophia served me and was utterly delightful. Great service and delicious drinks :)

Friendly staff, Rebecca came over to the queue to take orders to make the ordering process quicker for customers. What a great idea. Izy is a great asset to the place. She was very helpful and asked if we needed our table clearing to give us more room. This was a great help to us on a small table.

Didn't use the drive through, we went into the store. Staff friendly. Good choice of food. Had to wait longer than expected for our coffees, considering there was no queue when we arrived.

Painfully slow service on Saturdays. Must be understaffed and overworked. All friendly though but trying to deal with the drive through and walk in customers from the shopping area is just too much.
