2 large breakfasts and a beef and ale pie meal for 3 of us, the food was absolutely fantastic, presented so well, and tasted amazing, especially the beef and ale pie which I would consider one of the best I’ve had. Service was lovely, friendly faces all round and the cafe is lovely. Very pleased overall and will be coming back again.
Perfect place for a warm drink over the river. Fruit crumble is a star dessert - extremely tasty and great portions served. Gingerbread coffee was also delicious! Staff very friendly, atmosphere generally calm, decor is charming.
Good old fashioned cafe with fresh wholesome food. Service good and plenty of seating. The menu does all the favourites, which are good value. Ploughman’s was big with fresh salad; one of the cheeses was bland. Plenty of seating available.
Went in there for lunch we had great service lovely food lovely cup of tea very helpful and very polite staff. We will definitely go back again. 5+

I love this place! The first time I came here was when I was in college. And the lasagne was amazing. The food is good, and the service was great, the staff are always really lovely.
We had a really good chat to a waitress about babys. she made us feel really welcome and we will deffo be back. The food was great and so was the coffee and views of the river. Best breakfast in a while

absolutely brilliant breakfast , I had the Welsh breakfast and tasted laverbread for the first time ,I was not dissappointed , and also cockles served with the meal , totally blew my mind!
