Most of the staff are very helpful and the store is kept exceedingly clean. The staff on the checkout counters are smiling and couldn't do enough to help, hell, i even seen staff skipping with delight at work. Always love a good M&S and this has a good food hall. Café not bad, but suffers from uncleared tables due to it's popularity, but it's the same story everywhere. Staff helpful and friendly, good selection of other M&S staples such as underwear, pjs and clothes. Love how m&s makes everything really

Went for a extended walk, needed a few messages just popped into m&s seen as i was passing, wouldn't normally be up that way or a place I'd think of shopping, Very impressed with it, shop marked out very well, and some excellent meals for one. definitely go back

Went to the café. Nice coffee. Had scrambled egg, smoked salmon and toast. Scrambled egg a bit dry and only one pack of butter per slice of toast - not really enough plus the butter was placed on top of the warm toast resulting in nearly melted butter and a bit of a greasy mess on the fingers!
