Love this place. Everything you could wish for under 1 roof. Lots of assistants on the shop floor who know about everything in the department they are in, not a problem in helping you shop especially disabled people like my wife and I. Had a breakfast in the cafe there, and although it was a set menu as it said on the menu, they cooked my bacon crispy, and the egg yoke hard as I like them. Not a problem giving them 5 stars, more if I could. WELL DONE.

A wonderful way to start your day. The café has an amazing breakfast with attentive staff and a clean and welcoming seating area. The variety of products within the department store was a real surprise, so many choices. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful, helping me with several items. I left with less money in my account, but I was smiling after having a great time. I will certainly be returning, and I highly recommend a visit to anyone. There are plenty of parking spaces and ease of access for those with mobility issues. Such a gem, well done to all of the staff.

Lovely tea and cake, is very busy and so a bit noisy at times. Lots of very nice items from furniture to garden sculptures, a nice place to have a wander. Staff seem always genuine when offering help, and go out of their way to do so. Always like to visit when in that neck of the woods.

Lovely place to spend a rainy day in. Browse the quirky novel gifts. And have a coffee and lunch. It's wheelchair friendly. If a little tight in places. But generall ample room to manoeuvre. The food is outstanding. I did think £12 was slightly extortionate for a chicken roll. But when it came it was a full meal with all the trimmings and chips. Can get quite busy, so you may have to wait for a table. But you get given a device that will let you know when a table is free.

10/10 for Poppy, a lovely young waitress in Vincent Davies Cafe who went out of her way to make sure we were happy and well looked after - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Poppy x

First time I've been to an out of town department store. It didn't disappoint. Set in beautiful Pembrokeshire on the outskirts of Haverfordwest. It sells everything you can imagine from the quirky to the practical. Very large store but if you need a break while browsing there is an excellent cafe towards the back of the store with views over the countryside. Pick from cawl to a Welsh burger. Cream tea to hot panninis. Drinks include coffees, teas, hot chocolate and cold drinks. Order at the counter and it is brought to your table. I tried one of the panninis and a luxury hot chocolate it was all very tasty and the hot chocolate came with cream on top a flake dipped into it and little marshmallows hidden under the cream. Delicious. Very friendly staff eager to help throughout the shop. Well worth a visit.

Easily the best department in pembrokeshire, while it is a little pricey, there is a huge selection of furniture and other household items. Their seasonal stuff is also very good.

Some areas of the shop can be difficult to access in a wheelchair due to products sometimes being stocked in awkward places. The food in the cafe was absolutely amazing!

The shop itself is really nice, cafe food disappointing. Ordered coronation chicken jacket potato, seemed OK at first. However, the potato had ice in the middle, not ideal. I was given a replacement, which was fine and tasty. The only other issue was the tray the food came on hadn't been cleaned. I have previously visited several times, so my reviews previously have been 5 star.Staff were informed.

Great cafe with a good range of food and drinks options. Love the shop. Sells bits of everything clothing, jewellery, kitchen items, rugs, beds, plants and more. Lovely to go to, on a rainy afternoon to have a look!

Out of town up market store selling huge range of home furnishing, cook shop, beautiful gifts, clothes and more. On site cafe is always busy but good quality food and never too long to wait. Usually plenty of parking but at busy times can be difficult to get a space.
