Cracking night at the Bristol Trader highly recommend great service and great food very helpfull staff highly recommend
we were late booking a table on good friday, when we arrived the staff were very friendly, the food was amazing , we will definately be coming again !!
Fab place fab food and atmosphere but ultimately fab staff!! Cannot fault any of you xxxx

Called in at 6 p m last night (Saturday). A friendly young staff member immediately found us a table despite it being very busy with drinkers and all tables being reserved. We were offered a table 'til 8 p m' which suited us very well. She immediately wiped clean our table and provided menus. The food was piping hot and delicious and arrived quickly. I had Chicken stir fry and noodles and my husband Cod and chips. (A satisfyingly large piece of cod, nice crisp batter). Lovely location, next to the river (Cleddau), and friendly service throughout.

First time here, as we are away for our 34rd Wedding anniversary, The food was outstanding!! Try it for yourself, believe me you won't be disappointed!
Lovely pub/restaurant .. food was delicious and the bar staff were really friendly and welcoming .. Will definitely return for an evening to try the menu, but the lunchtime meal was delicious and would definitely recommend a visit
An very good Sunday lunch all round. A bit skimpy on the roasties at 1. The gravy could have been thicker. The meat was excellent with lovely thick generous portions. Everything tasted delicious. Server was very pleasant and friendly.
A lovely pub! We popped in this evening whilst on our travels. The staff are very nice and we felt welcome despite not having a reservation. We were served by a very friendly waitress who made things easy. The portions are a good size and the food is lovely. I had my first ever cocktail there (the banana one! Strongly recommend). The dining area we were in was airy and attractive and the atmosphere is great. It was a great evening. I would recommend it.

Called in for lunch, lovely warm welcome by the staff, very clean and comfortable surroundings, huge bonus being dog friendly. We ordered some baguettes and chips. I have to say they were the nicest baguettes I have ever had. The food was really well presented with a lovely salad, coleslaw and homemade crisps. It was exceptionally tasty. The staff were attentive and super friendly.
Definitely will return, highly recommend this place.
The staff were super lovely and a joy to be around. We also really enjoyed their festive menu - we had the duo of lamb and the vegetarian Wellington. We look forward to coming back soon

Great food, great choice the satay prawn dish was delicious, the ham hock scotch egg made the scotch egg sexy again! Staff are fantastic. There should be more stars for service👍Would recommend and will definitely return. Thanks
The Bristol and Trader is worth a visit, a lovely town to explore. 2 hours free parking and the food and staff are lovely and outstanding- definitely 5 star!! My fussy eater husband also really enjoyed. We haven’t had such a good experience in a restaurant in a long time and will be returning!!
