I cannot stress enough how brilliant this place is. Not only is the vintage war time decor a delight, but the food is scrummy! I go back again and again for the high tea- all of it is home made and you get a choice of sandwiches. If you still have room (the portions are amazing) then a warm scone with clotted cream and jam is the perfect way to finish. Tea is loose leaf and served in large tea pots. The owner of the tea room is warm, friendly and welcoming with a wicked sense of humour. This place is a real gem.

I was treated to afternoon tea here by my lovely friend Linda Corbett Our food was served; on a three tiered plate and boy, it was home made, fresh and tasty in a 1940s decorated room which was so homely. Tea was lose leaf, served in a pot with a cosy and a strainer. Music was of the era - loved it.

There were 14 of us including my Mum who was celebrating her 92nd Birthday, Betty couldn’t do enough for us , making us feel comfortable and relaxed, the food was good home made cooking, just like Mum used to do, not too much , just enough, Great atmosphere too. Definitely recommend it. Thanks Betty and Co, Mum was thrilled

I have always had ‘a thing’ about WW2 and had heard about this tea room from friends of mine. It took my breath away when I stepped into it today and felt like I’d come home. The decor, atmosphere and hospitality is second to none as is the food. An absolute credit to you and I will definitely be back, how can I not. Awesome, ladies xx

Absolutely loved this place, took wife as a surprise (I knew she'd love the theme and style). The staff were lovely and not afraid to have a laugh with you. Afternoon tea was excellent and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and visit again next time we are in Portsmouth

Absolutely delightful tea room. Friendly and very helpful staff, great food and a fantastic atmosphere in a 1940s setting. Discovered this little gem on a visit to Portsmouth and will definitely visit on our next trip.

First visit down at the 19 fourteas Tea Rooms for lunch today. It was one of the best experiences I've had in some time while out. We had the cottage pie for lunch, which was home made and a pot of tea for two. The food was amazing, and have tea leaves just adds to the experience. The atmosphere was brilliant, from the 1940's decor, mess tins, to the authentic smells and fire. Full of old photos, and anything you could imagine from that era, was an experience I will go back to again, and again. 😁

A friend of mine took me and another friend to The Four Teas Tea Room, as she has done with many other friends in the past. It was great! I heard about the tea room years ago, but never got around to going when it was in the smaller shop, so this was a treat. This will definitely be my go to place to eat whenever I am in Havant. It's such a breath of fresh air to go to a place with character. You have to go and order, not sit and wait for the staff to come to you. Food was lovely and well presented. We had toasted sandwiches with choice of dressed salad or crisps. There is so much to look at and take in and obviously it oozes with nostalgia, from the themed areas to the programmes broadcast on the radio. Well done Jacqui/Betty and staff, I loved it.

A real gem 19 Fourteas TeaRoom has a fantastic authentic atmosphere we had a cream tea, this was a pot of tea for two, scones with jam and clotted cream 😋 the tea was loose leaf tea in a teapot alongside bone China cups and saucers and the scones were really delicious. The atmosphere is a friendly, family atmosphere, the decor from the tablecloths ,placemats made from newspaper cuttings, menus made to look like ration books right through to the tea cosy, bunting, pictures and collectables is all authentic and adds to the overall charm I highly recommend a visit

Took a group of 25 over 60s for a cream tea this afternoon. The staff were amazing and so helpful, especially with our oldest, less able members. Everyone loved it and we will definitely be back. Thank you everyone involved. Sadly I forgot to take any photos! Love from Primetime xxx

I love to eat here. When you enter through 19 Fourteas Tearoom you are stepping back in time to the 1940s & it is hard to leave. I have never been to another establishment like it. If you are visiting Hampshire then do make a point of travelling to Havant & visiting this beautiful tearoom.

Such a cool place! It really captures the wartime feel. I really loved the wartime headlines on the tables and the authentic aesthetics. Ontop of that, the staff are fantastic, really friendly and eager to give a good reccomendation. I really reccomend the looseleaf English breakfast tea!! Very full bodied and refreshing. One of the best ones I've had in a while.
