Located in Havant Central Retail Park. Easy ordering through app, machine, or at counter. Monitor then clearly displayed what was being prepared or ready for pick-up.
Food was fast and came out hot and as expected. Ordered popcorn chicken it was ready within 5 mins of ordering so very fast and good service.
Seating was readily available the actual seating area was ok not dirty but not spotless either. Toilets where not great but acceptable.
Just marking it down due to the toilets but staff where friendly enough. Also gets a Mark down for the annoying chavs who where eating here but you can’t control the clientele unfortunately chavs and pikeys need to eat somewhere too 🙌😅

Despite the lack of cleanliness, the crew is always friendly and willing to help. They respond quickly to customer inquiries and are always available to provide assistance. The staff is also knowledgeable about the menu and are able to provide customers with accurate information about the food. Overall, the crew is the friendliest I have encountered at any KFC outlet.

One of the better KFC’s I have to say. The store is modern and food has always been as expected.
The car park can be a bit chaotic though so take care if you’re coming by car, make sure your eyes are everywhere especially when reversing!

One of the better kfc in the area. Food here has been decent each time, kept clean and service has been good. We have been served by the same young man when we have visited, he works non stop, remains professional and helps however possible with a smile on his face.
A little further for us to drive but prefer this branch than north harbour (awful staff and dirty) or near football stadium (barely cooked or burnt food and short staffed dirty store) one!!

Not bad. The peach tea lacked syrup. Almost tasted like extremely diluted squash. The chicken was very nice though! Great smiles from the staff too.

I've been to many fast food places all over the world but this one is honestly the worst one I've seen in my whole life! As you approach the entrance there's rubbish and vomit outside and bright blue pest poison boxes along the wall. Inside the floor has rubbish all over (clearly from at least the day before), not a single clean table- food and ketchup smashed over them, just rubbish everywhere. Such a filthy place, wondering what's happening inside the kitchen?
And the last thing- the menu is appalling. As a veggie when food on the go neefed i sometimes pop on mcdonalds which has a good option of nice salads, veggie burgers, cheese sticks and fish, all that kfc had was a box of spicy rice with salad leaves. For £5. "Upgrading" my coffee to latte it costed me £0.40 more and there was zero prion for a healthy drink for my daughter- no fresh juices.
Will never come back again and report this place to environmental agency for sure!

Just went to #KFC and ordered a Big Daddy burger, the bacon was FROZEN still had ice on it, so sent it back, got another... more FROZEN bacon!! We went and spoke to a manager who said it comes in pre cooked and cold and they don't heat it up! They did not offer us a refund just gave her a 3rd one without any bacon. Disgracefull! Not only that in the refurbishment they have built comunal wash basins which were unclean and the individual male and female toilets where shoebox size with no room to move in. In the gents the stains in the toilet pan where the worst I have ever seen and looked like it had not been cleaned in days and there was only 1 urinal and urine all over the floor. I will never be going back to #KFC Havant ever again!

Was in there yesterday Friday 3rd November 2017 about 12.30pm. Why we was sat eatting our food the rude women that was cleaning the tables came over and chucked a wipe at my partner after she had picked up a tray that someone had just finished with and she took straws sauce salt and napkins off the tray and put back for other people to use. She may of well took the food out people's mouths a man was sat on a table eatting he's food when he wiped he's mouth with a tissue he then put the tissue on table and she went straight over and took the tissue off the table why he was still eatting I felt like we had to rush our food coz she wanted to clear the table. There's keeping the place clean but then there's taking the food out people's mouths

No Gravy Again! This place really needs to sort its stock control/ordering out. Minor point but went in there about 7pm on a Saturday so shouldn't really run out of things that early on. On the upside staff were polite and helpful.

When u order the Christmas banquet when ya hanging and KFC is the best and then get home to find 2 bits of chicken � missing..fuming is an understatement and the chicken u got was dry and tuff!! KFC Havant u utter let down !!

Waited 25 minutes for our food, only to be served the wrong food and half missing. Even our drinks were wrong.
Massive queue to get served and also to get your food once you have paid, because of the stupid new systems.
Floors, tables and toilets absolutely disgusting.
Spoke to manager who clearly didn't seem to care what so ever!
Loads of people behind the counters but not doing anything all look completely clueless!!
Also someone behind there not in correct uniform (don't know wether he worked there or not) just laughing and taking the p*** out of customers!!!!

Whenever I go to kfc havant there is always something in the order they haven’t got. A lot of the time it’s hot drinks, sometimes corn or beans. Today the only sides they had was gravy! And that was at 2pm. Really kfc??

Oh where do you start!!! It’s like slow Motion watch the staff work at Havant KFC ,I don’t normally go into the restaurant as when on my own I use the drive though But had my child with me so thought I would as we were the 2 of the 6 people in there it would be a quick service but how wrong!!! When they finally Called me up to collect my food I was told there was no fries and Pepsi was warm no ice scrappy pieces of chicken also all the doors where open and no air con on it was cooler outside on the hottest Day of the year . I would hate to see how they cope when busy. Bad management better off closing and sell the unit to Greggs ...

After waiting over 30 mins for food, I then recieved what can only be described as something they had thrown away then decided to reuse it, it was totally inedible and totally not what I ordered, after sending a polite email to there head office I was just given an apology! Not acceptable when I had paid extra for a meal I didn't receive, they have no customer care at all, will not be using this restaurant again
