I haven’t really had any bad experiences with this place. The food is nice and delivery has always been near enough on time. They are sometimes a little stingy with the filling though. My driver today rang to say he had been waiting outside for a long time, however he didn’t knock or even ring to say he was outside before this call.
Our first Kashmiri chicken curry order with this takeaway. A very nice curry, best that I have had in a long time. Arrived an hour late but just heated the curry in microwave. We received a text telling us that it was going to be late. The driver could not have been more apologetic. Lovely lot of fruit would order an extra sauce next time, and yes we will be ordering again. Recommend trying them. Thank you
I don't like to provide a review without experience of the business. I ordered this evening and I was very surprised how quickly the order arrived considering I'm 6 miles from the store. The young man (Chris) that delivered my order was very polite and even made sure all the order items were included in the delivery. The food was fantastic, compliments to the chef.
The owner BASH is an expert at what he does, and mindful of great customer service , so consequently you get fabulous, succulent Indian food every time! I recommend Shapla to all my friends. John Boulton (Bolts)
Excellent service. Easy to guide through online ordering which makes it easier to order ahead at a set time. Food arrive 30 minutes before requested but not a problem as we were all starving. Food was amazing and tasted lovely plus very hot.

Quite simply the best in the area. I have never been disappointed, the food is superb. His chicken phall is my favourite and if you like a hot curry it's not for the faint hearted. Have had many other dishes too and are always fantastic quality. Occasionally have tried elsewhere for a change but am always disappointed and remind myself never to go anywhere else. Have never had an issue with slow delivery either they are always pretty prompt

Fantastic food. Always cooked hot and spicy like we ask for.large portions and plenty of meat or prawns in the dishes.Delivery service very good.Been using this indian takeaway for years now and even after moved still using them.
Amazing food, can't fault them really. Always been on time and follow delivery instructions
2nd delivery we've had from Shapla and really gorgeous again, delivery from havant to hayling and still warm definitely our go to Indian for Saturday night treat can't recommend highly enough
Popped in whilst changing trains at Havant. Staff very friendly, food was hot, tasty and good value. Would recommend - as a passing bloke did to us when we were outside looking at menu!
