The food was good, fresh, and probably better than most McDonald's. There is no one serving you, so service is a bit issue we waited also about 20 minutes for our food which is quite long considering it wasn't that busy.
Food arrived in good time was piping hot, makes a change to get decent amount of chips. Staff where very pleasant. the restaurant and toilets where clean. Need a say more had an enjoyable visit.
Popped in for daughters birthday party meal with 8 other children and from entering Sylvia was amazing. Without asking Sylvia brought over flags and colourings for the kids. An unexpected bonus. Liam was also a great help, thank you for turning a usual meal into a treat for my daughter.
Very happy with service and food during my motoring stop to London. Loved the Mega Hot sauce which was free at the time. Beware it is very spicy hot ! Not for beginners!😄
Only use the drive through for my porridge, & latte in the mornings. Always polite and friendly.

I was very impressed as the restaurant was very clean, the service was very fast and staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. I will definitely come back. This McDonald's is right next to Asda and right next to the motorway so it's very useful for travellers and shoppers that want a nice fresh cofee after shopping. See you soon x
I went to this McDonald's last Sunday for a late lunch at 13, and I have to say that I have been very nicely surprised. I felt no tension from the crew and my order was ready in a couple of minutes. Moreover, the personnel was lovely and, on the top of that, somebody from the staff offered to clear my tray.
As a French person, I have to say that many of the French McDonald's restaurants should be envious of the quality of this service.
