Lovely food and always met with a smile and friendly staff. Just a shame they closed the Heidi’s in Cosham.
I remember going there as a child with my mum and aunt and getting the ice cream cone with the marshmallow and sprinkles on.
Such a shame they are closing after all these years of using Heidi's Swiss patisserie for some 46 years Real shame Heidi. Cheers Chris J Davis
The Best Patisserie. I live in Southampton and unfortunately we don't have one this way so if we are down that way I always take a detour to get a French Fancy. The lemon ones are delicious!

Their pasties are full of ingredients, full of flavour. The bread tastes so fresh, and the cakes!!!!......... i've converted a lot of my work colleagues to using Heidis' for their vast choice of sumptuous, full, cakes, tarts & desserts. The fresh cream selection guar

I had a very pleasant healthy roll and salad for lunch, then blew it because I couldn't resist the cakes.
1st visit here staff were so friendly and facilities beautifully clean and tidy. Best cuppa in town.
If you like cream cakes at really affordable prices this is the place to go. My sister lives in Havant and this place place is an excellent excuse / reason to visit her. Their cakes are scrummy

Great selection of cupcakes, cakepops and Donuts. But also more normal things like cake. It is a nice location and the staff is friendly too.

Hidies do nice food but the only downside is that the prices of your sandwiches keep going up and down and your Chelsea buns on several occasions have been very hard on the outside
Always love Heidi's treats and food quite expensive but well worth the money
