First Neroes coffee after lockdown at Havant ππ, organised and pleasant staff, as always ππ
I really enjoy going here. Dog friendly, staff really accommodating and friendly. Always nice and clean and comfy if you manage to get a soft seat. Unfortunately not a big place so just one sofa but a few tables of soft tub armchairs. Also a few bistro tables outside so you can sit and enjoy your drink while admiring the old church.
Level access outside and disabled toilet is on level too. Others up a few steps.
I'll often take a book or my diary and while away an afternoon.
Air conditioned so great on a hot day, along with one of their iced drinks. Yum! Equally cost on a cold day with my favourite chai latte.
Always enjoy a cosy cappuccino in this branch. Cafe Nero always seems to have more atmosphere than the other chains. Lovely old gentleman joined me for a natter today. Friendly staff and decent sized good coffee
Was served by a lovely young man today. Very friendly and helpful. He reminded me that there was 50% off so I bought 2 cakes!! The coffee was very good too. Flat white & americano. Thank you
Very nice coffee, better in my opinion than Costa. Let's not even mention Starbucks!!! Only challenge was that there was not a lot of seating for a group of 4 people due to the shape of the building. Plenty of space for groups of 2 though.
I regularly come into Cafe Nero with my dog Meg. I would like to complement the staff here on always being friendly and polite. A special mention to Charlotte who recently joined the team. She is always happy to serve and very pleasant when doing so. When not serving she can be found clearing the tables and giving a treat to Meg.
Such a friendly place to go for coffee. What makes it a nicer experience is the well behaved dogs that customers bring.
The staff always seem pretty chirpy too.
Thanks all
Had a good experience. Staff friendly. You have to wear a mask while queuing. You can take them off once you sit down. Spaces between tables good. Coffee was very good.
My favourite place to go for a coffee. Stronger and more taste than Costa. Cheaper and better service that Starbucks. The staff there in havant are great and love to help.
Peace full coffee shop in Havant opposite the beautiful Old Church in a peaceful setting Helen is so friendly with brilliant customer services thank you Helen look forward to seeing you again next week and for your brilliant service and friendliness Susan and Pete ruff
Caffe Nero does serve the best coffee. The Havant branch is a cosy little haven in the town and is a lovely place to escape for a while with a book and a cappuccino
I went in at the end of the day to try the vegan cheesecake, which was very good. I also had a free piece of ginger cake, which was also delicious
It's so nice to have a dog friendly cafΓ© and the staff seem to love the dogs.
Nice coffee and the staff are really friendly and helpful.
