Red Lion Ice Cream Farm - Haughton - Photo album

Great selection of ice creams along with their local produce as well. Can also pet animals as well so it was a fun day out!
A lovely farm with lots of animals, sheep, pygmy goats, donkeys, llamas, horse, chickens and ducks! There is also some amazing ice cream with plenty of different flavours!! You can also buy tubs to take away! Free entry which is good for an afternoon or morning out.
Nice to visit to pass an hour or so. Can get up close to the animals which the kids enjoyed. We arrived at 10.45 just after opening but first tractor ride wasn't until 12.30 and wasn't enough to do so didn't stop for a ride, would be good to do an earlier ride. Ice creams and coffees were good but w
Great to see the animals that must be a huge attraction for children especially. Hear the ice cream is to die for but didn't indulge this time. Met my friend who caravans there & loves it. Shame the cafe doesn't serve meals now, but got a pasty & cakes. It was extremely busy today with the good weat
Stayed here for a week on the rally field. A week off gorgeous weather in September so most grateful for the ice cream. It would be nice to have separate mens and womens facilities but what there is was kept clean and well stocked.
Superb little farm, there was no information about tractor tours there, would’ve been interesting to do but safe to say we’ll be going back. Animals were very friendly and there were chickens everywhere just walking around. Our little one loved them all and you can buy bags of food of 60p each and f
What a great find this place was, well set put. A variety of animals, and free to visit. You can buy food to feed most of them , the 1 alpaca kept following us it was so cute, we love the alpacas. We had coffees 1st then later icecream. Such a lovely place
brought my little one here, the big animals scared him, the chickens scared him, the ice cream and milk shakes certainly did not scare him. really clean place, the animals look more than cared for and the ice cream was outstanding. recommended
Great campsite with all necessary amenities, absolutely fantastic for young families, the animals are a joy to be around. During our visit we found the staff to be incredibly helpful too, a great day out ( or longer visit).
Lovely afternoon, great if you have children. Free to enter lots of small animals for them to feed, nice café delicious cakes and ice cream's very reasonably priced, indoor and outdoor seating, clean toilets and washing facilities
Kid's loved it,fed the animals,it's a fairly inexpensive day out with good prices for food & drinks. Of course lovely ice cream, and well done to the friendly staff especially in the owl sanctuary.
Absolutely loved it x first time I've been and I would definitely go again, seeing the animals and being able to stroke jack the lad the shire horse x they had so many different animals, from ducks, pygmy goats and many more the ice cream is amazing x I would highly recommend this ice cream farm to
Lovely for all ages - after all who doesn’t like ice cream or a petting farm! Campers too! Beautiful spot. ❤️
Lovely place. Great ice creams and desserts. Coffee great too. Lovely building, very well done. The farm is good for the kids (and free). Plenty of free parking. The toilet facilities are clean, but need extending so they are not unisex and there is a need for a disabled toilet. Although we didn’t
Didn't spend much time as it was nearly closing time, but looks nice, tasty ice cream, and planning to come back again when I can get there earlier.
Had a great time here with my family. The cafe was excellent great food, service and a lovely coffee. All around a good experience would recommend.
I absolutely love it here. There is a range of animals for you to see and feed, a cafe which sells the best ice-cream. The only thing I would say that could make this better is a children's park. Free parking and admission is always a bonus.
