great food, atmosphere is good once inside - service is hit and miss depending on who you get. Takes ages to get inside and even then staff dont seem all that bothered whether you have ordered or not. No one really asks if you need another drinks and napkins seem to be in small supply

We come here on regular basis and sit outside as we have dog. Only wish they would allow us in during winters with dog. Service is amazing as they consider dietary requirements really well.

I've visited a few different Wagamama's around the UK and I have to say the Cannock Designer outlet Wagamamas was the best. Wonderful, full of flavour, great presentation, friendly service. Ive visited with a family of 5 and the party of 10 during the middle of the day and had a quick choice of where to sit.

The ramen was really good, the service was fast and extremely friendly. We were treated like royalty. I also like the inclusive atmosphere, there's even all gender toilets (it's separate cubicles anyway so it shouldn't matter)

Great staff. Lovely food. Served quickly. Not badly priced. Love the katsu curry and ramen chillies chicken. Drinks expensive though. Thank you for a great day and lovely food

When we arrived the restaurant was busy and there was a queue. The staff managed the queue well, popped back with frequent updates and got people seated quickly. We tried the gyoza ramen, beef brisket ramen and steak chilli ramen. All were good and the chilli ramen was particularly tasty! Love the Japanese pickles and kimchi.

Superb experience. From being greeted at the door to leaving, not a single issue. Food is amazing, hot and very tasty. So many plant based options I was spoilt for choice. Highly recommend the vegan sticky ribs. Dan was our first server, then we had a couple of lovely ladies. All very friendly and passionate about the food. Will definitely be back. Thank you :)

Very rare , one of ours favourites restaurant in Cannock . Visit likely 1 a month ( sometime twice , sometime none ) We love the taste of Wagamamas food , reminds about my own home town that's why Wagamama Cannock done very good about food , from presentation the dishes to the result of tasting food ... nice , mouth watering 😋 👌. Services were improved better than year ago when new open, not great services but kind of ok

Great place, the first time I've been to Wagamama cos the food didn't really appeal to me but I stand corrected the food was amazing and in good portion, tasted really nice. Service was very good with no rush at all.

Nice hot fresh food. When we arrived at the restaurant we were greeted and advised there was a 10 min wait outside (Friday afternoon) due to current COVID restrictions. When we entered we were shown to our table and somebody came to welcome us who was polite and friendly. The table we were seated at had a rather annoying shelf underneath that I kept banging my leg into. The restaurant didn't appear to be overly busy but there was a very long wait for two out of three of our meals. The wait was worth it as the food was lovely hot and freshly prepared. The green tea was much weaker than that served at other wagamama restaurants. Clean restaurant and hygiene standards are being maintained as we saw staff cleaning tables once vacated by diners. Toilets are unisex individual units and easily accessible for disabled access. Overall experience was good and we would visit again.

1st time dining here (Previously had takeout). It was very busy so difficult to get staffs attention but they were very attentive when they arrived, we were served by the manager as I'm coeliac. The manager understood allergies, advised me they clean the kitchen before my prep and explained the menu well. GF food choices are pretty limited but I had the King Prawn Kushiyaki side and chicken and kingprawn Pad Thai. The Kushiyaki was okay but lacked any real flavor which was the same story with the Pad Thai. Pretty dissapointing given they specialise in asian food. They stocked GF Soy though which was impressive as that's often overlooked. Overall the food was okay but I think its overpriced for the quality. Wouldn't be rushing to go back like I thought I might be. It's a nice venue with great staff and something different with regards to the food on the menu.

Was my first experience ar this restaurant chain. The initial greeting was nice and then the waitress that served us was good too. The order was taken well. We had 2 dishes arrive with in a few minute whish was good however there was 4 of us and 2 had the same type of dish. The last 2 dishes took half hour and more to arrive. One of the dishes was the same as the first dish. It hasn't put us off going back. The food tasted fresh and looked great too.
