Since my last review, I decided to give them another go. I'm still a little sad about their chips but I understand they don't have the space anymore. However, they do offer tables to eat in with a toilet room too. They're not just a full Chinese shop and no longer a Chinese + fish and chips shop. They've added more tofu dishes which makes me happy and they lady who runs the till is always cheerful and positive. The boss man is also cheerful and they both just make you smile and feel wanted within the building.

Used to order from here countless times...However they've changed their chips now. They used to have delicious soft proper chip shop chips, now they have crispy chips that 80% of restaurants use. Not a good swap in my opinion. Guess I now have to find a new favourite chippies.🥲
The special spicy beef in black bean sauce was delicious! Unfortunately, I did order the Singapore Chow Mein and received a regular Chow Mein instead. This was a bit disappointing, as I had really been looking forward to that specifically today. I understand that it must be a busy Friday though. Other than that, food was lovely and delivery driver friendly.

The portion size was unbelievable, far too much food really. (But that’s never a bad thing). The beef in black bean and chill sauce was disappointing. Very bland, neither tasted of chilli nor Black bean. The curry was very nice and the chips were real home made chips.
I've been a customer for years... I've always found the food to be excellent! I miss the old traditional chip shop fare but that's down to economics and the huge cost in equipping a new shop. Very friendly welcome so give it a try!?
Roast Duck Fried Rice Noodles, Chicken Fried Rice Noodle very dry and not seasoned. I was a bit disappointed because we always order here and it was better, now I don't know what happened.
best chinese food i’ve had in my life! however, i’ve only been here once. amazing portion sizing, amazing packaging, taste was amazing!! price wasn’t the cheapest you can find but definitely worth it for the quality. i will be returning very soon, thank you
