Best place if u want a quiet place to study or just chill, staff are also great specially Harvey he is the sweetest! Spanish latte is what i always order and they make good ones
Excellent, as always! Great coffee, food and summer drinks. They have an amazing team of baristas!!
Good coffee and selection of snacks, pretty standard as far as Nero quality goes. The staff here are always friendly and attentive. The cafe used to have an issue with there not being enough staff to service the long queues, especially during weekends but that seems to have been resolved and I always see at least 2 people at the counter now, which is a big improvement. A lot of trainee staff recently who on occasion may get our orders wrong but usually it's a minor issue and they're happy to resolve it. All in all, I think this is the best cafe in the Galleria for sure and one of the best in Hatfield.

A place where everybody knows your name ... felt like being in an episode of Cheers, Anna was really friendly, made brilliant frap, exceptional service from her. It was very busy. We'll done to the staff for holding it all together! Hot chocolate for me and an oat milk version for daughter, using the Three+ app £1 each. Very nice!
Good coffee, good service and very friendly staff. Would recommend if you are in the Galleria shopping centre and want a coffee or quick snack.

Due to Covid and there only being two staff (who were very friendly) the wait was quite long. All this business of people have to check in etc takes time.
In my opinion it would be better if they employed a pensioner to clear away the tables, we couldn't sit where we wanted to because the table of our choice was full of empty cups and plates, plus it wasn't clean.
This is a problem I find within many cafes. To employ a pensioner is a nice way of helping out the local community instead of some faceless persons on another continent.
The coffee was good, although it could have been hotter.
A hint, always ask for full fat milk if that's your preference.

Very helpful service. As far as 'atmosphere' goes, you're at The Galleria. What more can one say?
It's a lovely place with some extremely comfortable seats.
It's not very buzy so you can always find a seat and it is easy to have a Chat.
The staff is friendly the place is clean and tidy.
Sometimes is quite noise as the rest of the galleria primarily when the children are on half term.
The barrista that Wednesday morning was a really nice chap He dealt with 3 people in a few minutes multitasking easily ie asking what we wanted while making coffee instead of ignoring people 😀 How refreshing maybe Nero actually train their staff probably ?!!?
