It was good. I try it the first time. The burger was good but the potato and sauce weren't tasty.
Lovely, small KFC with themed pictures on the wall. Very clean Post Coronavirus. Upstairs was very quiet, with chairs stacked on the tables, which were taken them to use while dining and keeping social distance from others.
The food was great. I say this because they are using what seems like the original recipe. In Birmingham, the seasoning is definitely off on some KFC outlets which originally put me off going to this franchise. This one is safe, authentic and clean. Also, I noticed that they have made the opening to the bins much wider so that any leftovers can be turned straight into the bin without touching it. Then the empty tray go on top. Voila!!
I must a admit love KFC chicken.
Service was good to day. But that it is not always the case. Sometimes they can be very slow.

So we went for a KFC and while we were having a meal I heard a man asking to use the toilet and the staff refused him he was polite and that he was registered disabled and needed to change his COLOSTOMY BAG again they refused him he was very appologetic and again asked to use the Toilet they again refused him and they said it was for customers only thia just infuriated me so I offered to buy him a drink so that he would be a customer but they again refused saaying that I would be the customer and not him.
by this time I needed the toilet but they even refused me I must admit this made me very angry so I started shouting one of the servers (a Young man) said to himself (sarcasticly) "I LOVE MY JOB"
eventually they allowed me to open the toilet for me and I used it.
I think that almost everyone these days especial large business's are disreguarding the disabled and just go out of their way to make things as difficult as possible for people with disabilities .
I left and scolded the staff by saying they should be ashamed of themselves.
Excellent service, only waited a few minutes whilst order was assembled

Place is rather fast and food is delicious. Not much space inside and can be cold sometimes.

Food was piping hot, best we've had for ages. Shop could do with some refurbishment though.
It's been a long time when I treat myself I treat myself to a KFC the service was absolutely wonderful the chicken was cold the chips won't hot next time I go I will make sure I get a hot meal but once again five star service
