First time visiting here recently.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Selection was varied and reasonably priced. Portion size is quite large so for children you would probably be better of a couple sharing one serving.
We had a milkshake, waffles and a sundae all of which were delicious.
Clean shop, very friendly, quick and helpful staff.
A warning however - if you order any other cake beside chocolate it will not be delivered to you via your food delivery provider. I ordered an £8.99 pistachio milk cake via UberEats… I was not notified or called to be told it was out of stock and was sent a chocolate one (£2.99) instead of it… WILD that this kind of substitution exists - at least price match the missing item?!
I spoke with the manager who was lovely and I suggested a substitute for the undelivered cake for the following day. Went and collected it. Handled like a pro. Happy customer.
Not really impressed.. I didn't know one can go wrong with a crepe.. I have never eaten such a chewy crepe in my life. Tasted like it was done, frozen and then reheated in a microwave.. not sure how it was prepared but that is exactly how it tasted. I only add one more star because strawberries and chocolate were nice. Otherwise, I would give this place 3 stars.
The staff were helpful but they had little stock left so most things we ordered were unavailable. What we did get was nice
Staff have good reception, nice environment. But I think they should work on their toilet, I couldn't use it yesterday because it looked like a mess there. But overall, it was 👍👍

DELICIOUS waffles, absolutely heavenly, although a little overpriced for the size. Drinks aren't quite as lovely, but still pretty nice, the bubble slush is a neat concept you can't see very often. The bathrooms have been not working for three months now and you have to order at the till. Service is very very quick, the staff is not too friendly, but always proffesional. Best desserts in Hastings.
The dessert was too sweet, couldn't finish it tho. The staff were polite and helpful. No washroom service was available.
This place is amazing for a treat and kids loved it. Good value for money too. Just one criticism would be to turn the heating off in summer.

The best place for desserts in town. Always perfect. Love the choice of toppings and the vast menu. This is somewhere for the whole family.

Fab place, been to leads of dessert places but this one iS miles ahead of the rest. Great selection, great service, amazingly tasty and so popular.
The place has an amazing vibe and atmosphere nice and clean too. Been 4 times already everyone's talking about this place.
Great range of food, amazing desserts the decor is nice and the staff are friendly. Would have been 5 stars but we had to wait a long time for the food and 1 item was 5 mins behind everyone else's even though it wasn't that busy.
Mixed feelings here. Greeted seeted asap without a reservation, didn't wait long at all. Waffle was a dream, very nice. Sundae, not to my taste at all. Chocolate sauce didn't taste like chocolate at all. Staff attentive, to each other even more. Altough I would ask them not to sample the ice creams while behind the counter and especially when everybody can see them...
Lovely deserts plenty of choice but ordered the coffee bean sundae and ate it through and never found a chocolate coffee bean , waffles are huge and some things a bit pricey but as a treat now and then in a diner experience the kids love it .
